Always super friendly. Everyone at the front desk greets me by name the minute I walk in and thank me on my way out. Hygienist is always friendly and good at what they do. My dentist and hygienist always make recommendations on treatment plans without ever being pushy. Never a bad experience here.
Have been going to Loftus Dental in RC since moving here from Minnesota in 2011. Have had above & beyond care from them & my cleaning this month was excellent. Shortly after moving here I had trouble with one of my teeth. I went in & was told that if the problem got worse to call a specific number. It was around Christmas time that year. I had trouble & called the number. Ron Loftus met me at the office & he performed an immediate root canal. I was stunned by the excellent service & was so grateful especially since this was at Christmas time back in 2011 or 2012 or 13. Can't remember the exact day. I love Loftus Dental & they do excellent work & provide great care.
On vacation here , passing through, and I broke a crowned incisor tooth. Loftus got me in the same day and had a clever fix until I could get home to have my dentist replace it. They made me an Invisalign type of cover and I was all set by 2:30pm. The dentist and all of the staff were incredibly kind. I highly recommend Loftus.
Like many people I'm all tough on the outside until the inevitable happens and a Dentist is involved. Nothing against Dentists personally, they are people too, and some are pretty nice folk. It's just once you go and sit in that chair it all becomes very real and scary. With that said, I had a tooth giving me problems and knew a root canal was in my future. I called Loftus Dental and they got me right in. Once I was in the chair, there was a flurry of activity Dr. Loftus was telling me I was finished. Unlike many Dentists I would have to come back and have a permanent crown put in. Loftus Dental had somehow, like magic, made a permanent crown while I was "in the chair". All joking aside, and from someone who sweats profusely while driving by a Dentist office, I can say Loftus Dental is a great Dentist office. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the Dental hygienists and even the Dentist were very friendly and made my visit to the "chair" not a bad experience. Dr. Loftus even called me the following day to check on me. Something I really appreciated. I would recommend Loftus Dental to everyone, even those of us who have a fear of the "CHAIR". I'm very satisfied with their professionalism. Thank You Loftus Dental.
I recently visited this dentist office after years of being scared to go to the dentist, and I had a great experience. The hygienist was very informative and made me feel at ease during my exam. Kim was sweet and helpful at check out, and the girl who took my x-rays was super efficient and knowledgeable. They did a complete exam and gave me a plan for my dental work, so I know my costs ahead of time. While the cost is expensivewhich was expected, they offered to sedate me and do all the work at one time, which was a relief since I typically chicken out. I plan to return to get this work done. Overall, I highly recommend this dentist office!
This is my second experience at Robert loftus's office. The first was on a weekend, I was in extreme pain with the toothache and he was in Spearfish that day with his family at his soccer tournament. Before they even went home he met me at his Clinic with his family and extracted a tooth for me at 9:00 at night. Today was no exception. I had two teeth that needed to be pulled and it was pain-free. He is a caring man with a good ear willing to listen to your needs and work with you. Highly recommend!
I was at Loftus Dental for my annual teeth cleaning and checkup. As was the case for the last few years, everything was fine and the Dental Hygienist did an excellent job. I used to have a lot of problems with my teeth and even lost a few over the years. Since starting with Loftus over, 10 years go, my dental health and condition have stabilized to the point I seldom need more than an annual cleaning & checkup. I recommend the Loftus Dental practice to everyone.
Very impressed. Dr. Jeff has great "chair-side" manner and the extraction went quickly, painlessly and without hitch. Even the shot was painless! Good job!
