We Practice state-of-the-art infection control including using heat sterilization statims, gloves, masks, scrubs, and disposables. We comply with all ADA and OSHA guidelines. We have a new, large state-of-the-art clinic with eight treatments rooms equipped with modern, high tech equipment.
2.Gentle, Comfortable Care
Your dental care can be surprisingly comfortable and fun. We offer stereo headphones and virtual reality glasses. (Watch a movie while having your dental care performed.) We use intra-oral camera and CD-ROM video to help you make informed decisions regarding your dental care.
3.Reasonable & Fair Rates
We know how valuable your time and money are to you, that's why our goal is "on time" appointments and filing all insurance. We'll show you in a simple and understanding way the dental needs you have. Then we'll explain what we'll do and the total fee before treatment begins.
4.For Convenient Recare
We provide the attention of five experienced dental hygienists for convenient recare appointments. We also have an associate dentist, Dr. Jon Lindenmeyer who has been a long time friend of Dr. Nelson's since the third grade and both attended the University of Minnesota together.
We also welcome our new associate dentist Dr. Tracy Heeter who has over 20 years experience in all aspects of general dentistry.

Prevention is an important part of good dental health and includes such items as regular cleanings, proper brushing and flossing techniques. Restorative Services
We offer a full range of restorative services, such as fillings, root canals, crowns and dentures. We use tooth-colored bonded resins and amalgam/silver filling or porcelain for restorative work. Most people need some sort of restorative work during their lives, and modern dentistry has made it a far more comfortable experience than it used to be. Because Dr. Nelson is well versed in the newest technology, he uses the most modern technology available to administer local anesthetic. Gum Disease
Gum disease—what dentists call periodontal disease—affects a large percentage of the population and can be serious. Because healthy gums are crucial for healthy teeth, we’ll evaluate the state of your gums during routine checkups and determine an appropriate plan of action if necessary. This may include in-office treatment or, in severe cases, referral to a periodontist.

Patient Comfort and Technology
Because patient comfort is so important to us, Dr. Nelson has invested in new technologies designed to make you as comfortable as possible. We also use an intra-oral camera to show you specific needs in your mouth and the SOCRATES education system to teach you good home care, as well as explain in office dental procedures.
Because safety is important to you and to us, we use the Sultan Pro Sonic to thoroughly scrub all instruments before they are wrapped and sterilized. Plus, our sterilization system is tested routinely to ensure all instruments are properly sterilized. And because we acquired new equipment recently, all water lines are disinfected regularly.
To help ensure your comfort, we offer oral sedation upon request and offer stereo headphones and virtual reality glasses to help you relax.
