Logix has been great when it comes to various banking and loan products along with day-to-day customer service. Where they've consistently dropped the ball is on their own accountability and providing that little extra step on customer service that requires going out of the confines of each person's role. It's a major disappointment. They lack of a sense of urgency and ownership. 1. They couldn't locate a paper check I had deposited at an ATM resulting in a negative $2,000 balance in my checking account. Since the check couldn't be verified, they withdrew the money from my checking without any notice. A quick, proactive call would've been better than my logging into my account and seeing a big red negative number, then having a lengthy conversation with customer service. 2. They pre-qualified me for the wrong mortgage program twice despite literally having my W2s, tax refunds, and paystubs in front of them. This resulted in a significant increase in my required down payment. Fortunately, I had the funds. My bigger concern was if that same loan officer would make the same mistake to someone else who may be running on a much tighter budget. 3. Once we got into escrow, my file sat around collecting dust for the better part of two weeks. Our escrow window was 30 days. I'm a project manager by trade and had to micro-manage the entire escrow process between Logix, the seller, my agent, and the escrow company. It was incredibly frustrating. They have a $500 satisfaction guarantee about their mortgage process which, after providing a very detailed breakdown of my experience on their various email surveys, I didn't receive. 4. I recently traded in a car at a local dealership who was supposed to send a check with the remaining balance of the auto loan held be Logix. Despite having come into this branch about two weeks ago to fund the loan for my new car, they haven't done any follow up regarding the pay-off of the previous loan despite an active email chain between the dealership, the loan officer at Logix, and myself. When I asked if they could call the dealership to ask about the payoff check, they said that they wouldn't do it and would keep billing me instead despite my no longer being the legal owner of the car. I literally asked for ONE phone call as Logix as a representative of their customer and they wouldn't do it. They're great about the normal little transactional things, but lack follow through on anything else unless I micromanage everyone which is incredibly frustrating. Despite having various accounts and loan products with them, they fail at those key moments when I need additional support from them as a bank with "excellent customer service."
Today I was helped by a gentleman named Alex, and as always customer service is amazing. Since day one when Elijah helped me become a member, service has always been excellent. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!
We've been banking with Logix since it was called Lockheed, and always been super satisfied with them. We even switched our mortgage to be through them. We've had them find us a car; we gave them the stipulations and they went on the hunt. They found us a great deal and we loved that car, and got low interests rates! The people are friendly that work there, and they are very patient. We couldn't recommend them enough. Keep being awesome, Logix!
We are extremely happy with our experience with logix. Every person we have worked with have all been extremely helpful and nice. A special thank you to Adrian Gonzalez! He has gone above and beyond to help me and my husband with our atuo loans. He is easy to get a hold of and answers all of our questions. We felt well informed of every step of the process! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
They have messed with my account on more than one occasion. I had a joint account with my husband and since he retired he had a negative balance and contacted Logix and worked something out but they went ahead and took the money from my account to clear his without my knowledge or reviewing notes left on the file. Called asset recovery and they transferred me 3 times and the last person I spoke to was rather rude basically telling me they don’t have to notify me that’s what they are doing as I should have read all disclosures before hoping the credit union. I chatted with someone else and they couldn’t find any wording that said right of offset. I didn’t get notice of anything till Friday. I have been with Logix on and off since they we’re Lockheed Federal CU. Very disappointed and the rest of my family will be changing banks
JUST GO THERE PLEASE! I have got the most amazing & pleasant experience with Logix Bank, I had a great opportunity to meet one the nicest employee named Christopher Tellez at Logix! This nice guy is full of knowledge and extremely friendly! He explained all my questions step by step in order to make sure I understand perfectly! I would highly recommend this amazing bank! And thank you so much for having a nice employee like Christopher Tellez
I have a 730 credit score with a car financed through mercedes for a year now on time payments. With a capitol one credit card for 6 months on time payments and student loans I just payed off never missed a payment and couldn’t get approved, on top of that I have no mortgage/rent etc so my debt to income ratio is good also. They said we can’t approve you for 3k personal loan, I make 5,000 a month which is decent I think. They told me to come back in 6 months good credit score tho and I walked out. And I didn’t even sign anything for them to pull my credit
This credit union is great. The employes are so nice and helpful and quick to remove atm fees charged up to a certain amount each month. Many atm free and atm depositing locations make banking easy. If a problem ever arises, I have complete faith in Logix to handle it once brought to their attention. My 23 and 19 year old daughters have accounts here too and are happy with the service also.
I absolutely love being a member of Logix Credit Union. I switched when my bank decided to charge me $10 a month for a checking account and started holding my deposits overnight. Logix actually gives me money instead of taking it. I will never go back.
I moved out of State 6 years ago and this is still my financial go to! That's how good they are! Nothing is too much trouble, I can call them and get the same great service on any concern or question I have, highly recommend!
