I was at this location with my son for his yearly physical in June. During the visit, I asked Adam Lowe if he could fill out the sports assessment form for school for my son and he said yes; and said “I will do it within 6 months of the visit.” So, the last week of July, I went in to drop off my son’s form. Before the lady at the front desk collected the forms, she verified with Adam said and he said I should drop off the forms. The Lady told me that I should come back to get the completed forms because Adam is busy and I obliged. After about two weeks, I went back and they told me couldn't find my son’s form, no apologies about that. I went in today to drop off a new form. To my surprise, Adam said he was unable to complete the form; again no apologies for that. So, why did he ask me to drop off the form when he knew he was unable to complete the form? Even the other provider’s assistant that was there was not reasonable and they concluded that the provider may not have understood me. If he did not understand me, did he not understand the lady who told me I could drop off the forms? I was totally disappointed. I am happy that I didn't do my physical this year at this location this year. I barely write reviews but the humiliation and stress I got from these medical teams are agonizing. I hope never to go to this location anymore.
Had an appointment here two weeks ago and the physicians assistant R Boysen told me I needed an MRI and physical therapy. She still hasn't closed my case so that they can order it and I'm still in pain waiting. Now I'm looking for another primary care doctor.
Had labs done last week symptoms getting worse. Left messages talked to on call Dr. The office has yet to call and discuss how I'm doing or what my labs are. Takes minimum 50 minutes to talk to a human
Lady's on front desk don't wish to be helpful. Speaking with each other and keep clients wait. When you call them, they forget at least say Hi even. Been here before, everything was much more better. But doctors and nurses are good here.
We just moved to Texas a few months ago and we choose this clinic because it was close to our house. The first few visits seemed to go well but unfortunately things fell apart from there. This clinic has a very hard to with writing or at least submitting a script. They don’t do it in a timely manner if at all. They usually do not call you back and they are subpar with follow through. I recently had an MRI and I am still waiting on them to set up a case with a spine doctor. Still no responses to my calls. Be very careful choosing this practice you are literally taking your care in your hands
This is by far the worse clinic/doctors office I’ve ever been to. I checked in on my phone and was told to sit and wait in my car for someone to call me when an exam room was ready. They called me 15 minutes later and said they couldn’t see me because I checked in but never showed up. I told them I had been there the whole time and got them to agree to see me for only one of the many issues I’m having. So I chose to go with the postpartum anxiety and depression I’m dealing with and they tried to prescribe me antihistamines. I have a very large tumor in my mouth and a lump in my breast and they wouldn’t even take a few seconds to look at them.
Was referred to this clinic from the Conroe hospital went to be seen Friday was told by Dr that she would send over a script for medicine for my pain for tramadol to the Kroger pharmacy for a week supply and she never did they never called me back left me the whole weekend in uncomfortable pain now the Dr saying she can't give me a script for my pain that I need to go to the hospital this place is not right and needs to be BETTER THIS IS HORRIBLE YOUR SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR YOUR PATIENT NEW OR OLD AND YALL FAILED AND IM A NEW patient And this is the care I received from line star clinic Willis tx
Made an appointment to see Dr Emerick two weeks ahead of time for my son. On the date of the appointment I was sure to be punctual and had all needed documents. After what seemed like forever waiting to be seen and sitting in the examination room I was tired of waiting. On my way out I saw Dr Emerick and told her how unprofessional and inconsiderate wasting her patients time is. Overall I would never voluntarily want to be seen by her, her time keeping is abhorrent! If you’re needing to see a doctor keep driving to the vet clinic.
I’ve been to the Spring, Conroe and Willis locations the past 5 years. All the doctors, nurses, office staff have been courteous and professional. I never felt rushed. They’re all good. I’m now seeing nurse Nancy and she’s the best! Mostly because she wants to help me get healthy and it shows. Than you Lone Star folks!
My sister went here after having terrible depression and this doctor only made her feel absolutely worse. She rushed her out the door, was too busy to take her time to care about anything she had to say, and refused to adequately explain the prescriptions she was prescribing. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a doctor, and was extremely disappointing. A wasted appointment, and a waste of time. Treating depressed patients this way is a danger to them, and hopefully this doctor will learn how to treat patients with the respect they deserve.
