They need to fire that girl at #10 unlawful detainer. She doesnt know anything. But what makes it really bad is her disregard of people's time and efforts. Every time you talk to her, it is either 'I cant tell you' or 'you need to go other place', or 'come back at'... obviously a time we havent processed the paperworks yet. It is a huge waste of time if you listen to her. She doesnt know and she doesnt care at all to do her job well.
The courthouse is very well laid out and is easy to navigate thru. The staff is helpful and the self help center will go beyond the norm to help you even if that means staying after their time off. They have attorneys there at all times to help you file motions and other legal dox in a professional manner.

On 11/27/2018, The Long Beach police pulled up behind my friend's car and told him to turn the motor off because he was going to jail. I started recording them on my cell phone so they snatched me out of the car and took me to jail for loitering and resisting arrest so that they could take my phone and prevent me from posting the video on social media. They assaulted me and I have court on December 19th at 8:30. The city attorney didn't even file the charges until December 6th, 8 days after I had been bailed out of jail. They still have my cell phone and have altered the video. It is now inaudible and blacked out, also it has been shortened to 6 seconds long.
I'VE BEENN CALLING FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IF THE PHONE IS NOT BUSY IT JUST KEEP RINGING AND RINGING...........I WENT TO THE COURT WASTED MY TIME BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME YOUR CHECK FOR THE TICKET YOU PAY SHOULD ARRIVE ANYTIME SOON, IF NOT DON'T COME CALL US............BUT HEY ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THAT AND ALMOST TWO MONTHS AFTER MY CASE WAS DISMISSED.
The self help center is exactly what it says, SELF HELP. The people there weren't very knowledgeable. They didn't even know how to work the copy machine. The only answer they knew was come back tomorrow. Heard them say that to almost everyone.
Was in within court room as the defendant but realized to late there was a SPELL within the Bench next to the Judge. A serious BODY MIND Control for losing the case. Attorney was involved being controlled by this SPELL. Prior two other women were used as well which is . I believe today who THEY were - are. Witch Craft.
If there ever were a Kangaroo court, this is it. Judge S. worked as an atty 4 my def., waisted 4 crt days with irrelevant his words evidence & ruled in def favor against all contrary evidence in my evict case. Ask 4 diff judge.
Worst court house to go to, avoid at all costs. Lots of druggies, and people bringing along their unhappy kids. Plan to spend atleast 3 hours even if just paying a fine. Its like a walmart black Friday everyday. Horribly outdated and poor ventilation.
