I had the best experience! Every person I talked to today was so welcoming & kind. This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, & I am pleased with how everything went. I will be back!
The appointment today was for my son. He just returned for the holidays from Drury University and needed an adjustment. As usual, Dr Brandon and his staff fit him into their busy schedule and he felt great after coming out. Best office ever.
Dr. Brandon was so wonderful with my son. He was thorough and was able to do a great adjustment on my son, who is only 3 yo. I took him in with an ear ache/ear infection and within an hour of leaving the office he was already feeling better! Their office was able to get us in for a last-minute appointment and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back!
I went in for pain relief treatment and after 6 weeks of ozone injections feeling worse than before. When I questioned the dr what to do next he advised that I should get another round of injections. I should have known better when he would sometimes take personal phone calls during the treatments. One call involved the high cost of heating his pool with the local utility company. I could go on but why. Don't waste your hard earned coin here folks.
I have attempted to contact Dr. Sarah Washatka about my mothers care for several weeks. The office has stated that there isn't a HIPAA form on file for me to speak about her health. I actually brought my mother into see Dr. Washatka over a year ago and was communicating with the staff and signed a HIPAA form at that time. I asked to have a new form sent to my father's office or to myself in case they misplaced the form. I still have not received this form and no return call back from the office. I would dismiss this usually but I have actually tried to contact the office several times to request information which hasn't been followed up on with either my father or myself. Communication has declined significantly in the past few months. I'm not sure if it's a staff issue or another issue. I will be looking into finding a new PCP for my mother if things do not improve soon which is a shame. We really enjoyed working with Dr. Sarah but we are not getting our needs met at this time. We are needing information that Dr. Sarah has because she has been treating mom and this information is necessary to get my mother into a clinical trial. I'm beyond disappointed that Dr. Sarah has not reached out to me. I have sent many patient's to her and Dr. Brandon over the years. I'll post an update if things change but for now we are actively looking for help in another direction. Dr. Andrea C. Love this place. Great staff. Very relaxing, the best float tanks and the most awesome chiropractor. The magnasphere is a must try for anyone with pain!
I went in for the Flotation Therapy. I had seen people do this and didn’t really understand the hype behind it. I now understand! I am someone who carries a lot of stress. I also have a toddler. Every time I get a message they tell me I am very tense. The therapy forces you to relax while the epsom salt relaxes your muscles. I enjoyed the silence and wonderful relaxing light to wake me up! The girls at the front were so sweet and helpful. I will for sure be coming back to do more. They recommended I try their HOCATT sauna next.
I've been seeing the chiropractor at Longevity Effect for nearly a month now. I've been dealing with low grade lower back pain on a constant basis for two years - quite literally night and day, full time. I recently began looking at surgical options, very reluctantly. I have been no believer in chiropractic, as I've had mixed and mostly negative experiences in the past, but I'm also quite tired of hurting. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. In the days following the first visit, I had pain free hours, many of them, which then turned into several pain free days. In the few follow ups, I've only improved. I've had nearly zero pain for two weeks solid now. This has not been a "usual" chiropractic experience in many ways. There's no interest in milking insurance though they will provide information to submit your own charges, and the care plan laid out was very straightforward and then changed based on my quick improvement. Time between appointments has gradually but rapidly widened as I've progressed. Fee schedule is straightforward, a bit expensive, and totally worth it for me thus far. Worth a mention, the front desk staff have been uniformly polite and professional. Thumbs up for that.
This place is wonderful! They have phenomenal therapies available and a super friendly staff! Brandon isn't a "pop your back and send you on" type of chiropractor. He asks alot of questions and helps identify the root causes to the problem. Then lays out a plan to get it fixed!!! #Longevity
i tried the orbit float tank for the first time and it exceeded any expectations i had had prior to the experience. it’s very hard for me to relax my mind and body, so i was skeptical that i would be able to reach the level of stress and anxiety release i was hoping for but i did! the after effects were the best part for me though — as a dancer, i feel joint and muscle pain every day and i walked out feeling normal again. no tightness or tension. highly highly recommend : can’t wait to go back for another visit
