Yesterday it was 2 weeks since my sister had bladder cancer surgery and has a urostomy bag that no one has ever dealt with it seems like and we have had 1 visit from 1 nurse…. Right now my sister is laying on her bed with pee leaking from her bag we are almost out of supplies only like 3 bags left and no adhesive to hold them on… she has a rash now from having to change the bag so many times in 2 weeks… and I want to scream she is special needs and doesn’t understand all this going on. This is ridiculous when someone goes home on hospice the supplies beat them to the door but it takes two or three days for supplies for this??? Very frustrated
My mom, 89 years old was discharged from St. John's Hospital in down town Tulsa with home health from St. John's Home Health on a Thursday evening. I used to work for a home health agency and I know they have nurses on the weekends but no one ever called.
I love this company. I have always loved St. Johns and finally have the opportunity to work with them.
