Lonnie's Fusion Cuisine opened in October of 2012. Owned and operated by Chef Lonnie and his wife Christina. Number one on trip advisor for almost 3 years.
Chef Lonnie has always had a passion for cooking but his favorite recipes are the ones when he mixing flavors from other cultures and Fuses them with American Cuisine so when we decided to open our own restaurant we couldn't think of a better menu base than Fusion Cuisine. Owning our own restaurant frees Chef Lonnie to prepare only what he loves and every item on the menu is a mix of all of Chef Lonnie's favorite things! At Lonnie's all meals are prepared to order to provide you with the best meal possible. It also allows us to better serve customers with special dietary or allergy needs.
