*CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
A bittersweet chocolate mousse is sandwiched between layers of rich chocolate cake. A wall of chocolate lines the sides and chocolate mousse and chocolate curls adorn the top.
*WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
A vanilla cake is filled with a light, airy mousse. A wall of white chocolate covers the sides. Add fresh or chocolate dipped fruit of your choice (additional market price) or white chocolate shavings and curls on top. A visual "WOW".

TURTLE TORTE
A dense, moist chocolate cake with pecan caramel baked right in, then layered with a rich chocolate ganache filling. Enrobed in chocolate ganache, generously topped with more delicious pecan caramel. Very rich. Log torte only
LEMON POPPYSEED CAKE
A poppy seed genoise cake is brushed with syrup and filled with a fresh lemon curd. Covered with lemony butter cream. A tart, refreshing cake.
COCONUT CREAM CAKE
Heavenly delicious vanilla cake with toasted coconut baked right in. Each layer spread generously with a delightful whipped cream coconut filling. Vanilla buttercream overall and sweet flake coconut on the sides.
CARROT CAKE
My secret recipe! Three layers of moist, walnut-studded carrot cake, crammed with pineapple, raisins and spice, with creamy (not cream cheese) frosting, adorned with lightly salted, roasted walnuts.
CHOCOLATE AMARETTO CAKE
Layers of dark, moist, chocolate amaretto cake filled with delicious chocolate amaretto butter cream filling and covered with the same. Garnished with sliced almonds and chocolate ganache.
CHOCOLATE DREAM
Moist devil’s food cake filled with chocolate whipped cream and frosted in a luscious chocolate buttercream. Drizzled with rich chocolate ganache. Complete with chocolate curls. Simple, yet decadent.
BLACK FOREST
Layers of dark chocolate cake. Filled with cherry filling and lightly sweetened real cream. Covered in whipped cream, chocolate shavings dress the side, topped with ganache and chocolate curls.
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Luscious German chocolate cake filled and covered with a coconut-pecan icing. Sides are garnished in milk chocolate ganache and chocolate curls on top.
OREO CAKE
Layers of chocolate cake, filled with a chocolate Oreo cookies and cream filling. The sides are covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with lots of chocolate swirls and cookies pieces.
PEANUT BUTTER FANTASY
Chocolate Cake filled with a rich creamy peanut butter frosting, and milk chocolate Frosted in the same with milk chocolate drip bordering the sides. Garnished with peanut butter cups and pieces.
BLACK AND WHITE TORTE
Alternating layers of devils food cake and white cake, filled with alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla butter crème. Frosted up in a butter crème icing and trimmed in chocolate. With white and bittersweet chocolate curls.
