We take pride in the fact that we come from a uniquely complicated family in its sense of dietary needs. Over the past three generations, our family has learned to adapt and grow in our culinary learning to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs and allergies. Many times family members were unable to participate in pot lucks, birthday celebrations or school parties due to allergies or food intolerance. We as a family banded together and chose to adapt rather than forfeit those experiences. We know that we are not alone in this challenge and wish to use our knowledge and experience to help others. We believe that restriction doesn't mean elimination, but instead requires a more creative outlook.
Here at Sassy Sophisticakes, we re-create the classics as well as invent new favorites in the attempt to include everyone. We are family owned and operated. In the attempt to grow slowly and with stability as well as to keep our products affordable, We currently are special order only and do not have a retail location. We do however offer local delivery and will be at local events and farmer's markets. As soon as dates and locations are available, we will be posting. Thank you and we look forward to serving you!
