This place was delicious. The prices are great. We’re used to almost $20 a plate in Las Vegas at our favorite Mexican places and my shrimp enchiladas had avocado and shrimp and was $14! Prices are good. Portions are good. Wait staff was kind and attentive. If we lived here, this would be a REGULAR place we would come to. My husband got the supremas enchiladas with imitation crab and veggies and they were also delicious. We went with our uncle and aunt. Four meals, an appetizer, and a dessert and it was about $100 with tip. That’s pretty good to us!
Our server, Kelsey, was AWESOME! She’s cheerful, attentive and kind. Best service I’ve had here. Kelsey is the reason for this review. The food is delicious, as always. Tonight we had carnes quesadilla, shrimp enchiladas and steak and shrimp fajitas. It was all delicious. We eat here regularly, and the food never disappoints. It’s flavorful and fresh. The atmosphere inside and out is inviting and comfortable. I’d recommend Los Piños, for lunch, dinner and special occasions. Vegetarian options: Lots of different options, not just salad. Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of room to accommodate high chairs.
Can’t rave about Los Pinos enough! I worked here for two years and was a frequent diner prior to and since leaving. Only left for personal reasons or else I’d still be here serving our community!! The staff has only gotten better and better over time! The food is always amazing and the drinks are dangerously delicious! They recently updated their drink menu and have some real fun and yummy additions. Some dinner options you will love would be the Carne Asada steak dinner, all the tacos and enchiladas, fajitas are always a staple and you have to try the jalapeño poppers! They are so fresh and unique. Cheers
It was amazing cute little Mexican place. Food was really good. We ordered Bass Tacos. Those were really really good. The service was very slow though especially for the lunch time when everyone has to get back to work in time. Our server had no idea if the food there when we asked for recommendations. But whatever we ordered turned out to be really good
Breakfast burrito was very good. Chips were warm and tasty.Food: 5/5
The service was really kind and the room was very roomy. But it's okay since he forgot our appetizers. The excellent meal and generous servings make the cost reasonable.Food: 5/5
Food is OK but not great. Bar is small, the drinks are good. I would imagine the bar is the reason they are still in business as they are the only Mexican restaurant in town with a full bar. Service is usually slow. However, staff is very friendly. They seem to be always understaffed. We will be back. We love the Margaritas and the patio. Rob
Stacy did not provide a menu when she seated us, which made me feel like she was discriminating us because the next family she sat she handed them the menus as they were sitting. I understand being busy an all but menus should be given when you seat someone. I had to ask another server for the menus. The other servers were wonderful. Food was ok.
Great Mexican food all day every day. I love grabbing a breakfast burrito here on my way into work for the day - they are huge and hit the spot. Lunch is a taco salad and an LP margarita amazing cocktails and for dinner everything is good. My favorite Mexican restaurant within 50 miles for sure!
My family and I have been searching for real tasting Mexican food since moving from Santa Cruz. A year later, after being deprived, it has finally been found and is local! It’s authentic, has friendly staff and great tasting margaritas. Truly a hidden gem! You shouldn’t be disappointed.
