For nearly 20 years, Papa Gianni's has been serving authentic Italian cuisine using family recipes passed down through the generations. Our family-owned restaurant offers an extensive menu based on traditional dishes from Southern Italy. From homemade pasta such as raviolis and gnocchi alla vodka, to hearty meat dishes including pollo parmigiana and vitello piccata, each entree is freshly prepared and made to order. Our carefully chosen wine list features local wines as well as traditional Italian favorites. Homemade desserts such as tiramisu, cannoli, and a variety of cheesecakes can turn an average night into a special occasion.

I love this restaurant. The food is wonderful, the service is always top notch. I’ve eaten here several times, for lunch and dinner. The food is always great. This restaurant is usually crowded, even at lunchtime, so call ahead for a reservation. There are lots of fancy new Italian restaurants in the area, and I’ve tried those as well. In my opinion, they can’t compare. This is classic, homemade Italian food, with reasonable prices and large servings.  Vegetarian options: There are a variety of delicious vegetarian options.

Lunchtime midweek enjoyed their meatball sandwich topped with marinara sauce and cheese. Hot right from the oven.  Wrapped it would be great to grab and go but I ate at a table in the mostly empty restaurant. I was here for dinner a few years ago and the place was packed, had to wait for a table.  Friendly and efficient waiter.

I would definitely return here. I had chicken because the veal had run out and it was so flavorful and tender. My mom had a shrimp Alfredo that she liked as well. Unfortunately for my daughter, she ordered a quite flavorless clam linguine. Everything else was great - garlic bread and included green salads. The creamy Italian dressing was amazing. Our server was awesome. Everything was reasonably priced. It was an enjoyable meal.

I came here after good reviews on next door when people asked for recommendations. I had mixed feelings about the food. Some were great and some were not as great as I would have expected it to be. I tried their calamari which was one of the best I had in recent times. Their garlic bread was good too but their Bruschetta and the chicken cacciatore dish could have been better. I definitely think the house specialties were better than the regular pasta dishes

We walked in on Sunday evening without a reservation. This place was packed, luckily the friendly hostess was able to seat us. We were going forward to a good Italian meal given the excellent reviews and number to diners at the establishment. However we were sadly disappointed. All 4 different dishes that we ordered came out to be extremely salty. Even cups and cups of water couldn’t ease the numbness from the salt. None of us could take more than a few bites of our dishes. On top of that the garlic bread was stale and soaked in oil. Sad sad sad…

Gianni's never disappoints!! I have been here multiple times over the years and they are consistent! We have absolutely nothing negative we could possibly say! Get the Tiramisu they make it in house! The quality, quantity and service are excellent! The wine list is extensive so if you missed going to a local winery you will find it here & then some! Saluté!!  Kid-friendliness: Family restaurant!  Parking: Easily located in a shopping area  Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right in!!  Dietary restrictions: Extremely accommodating as much as possible!

This restaurant gets crowded, so reservations should be made at peak times.  The Rosamarino Chicken Breast and sauce is delicious and my favorite.. Most dishes are pretty good, some better than others. Great salad. Attractive, clean restaurant. Highly recommend.

Elder Options, Inc. Christmas Party. You should try this place, the  food was amazing. The calamari was wonderful the bread  and my shrimp red pesto was truly amazing. If you're in Cameron Park you should stop by m me.

Always enjoy this restaurant Today the lasagna was a little to spicyhot for me Tasted more like a Mexican lasagna.  Love the atmosphere and staff.  Especially Melissa,  thank you for your service and wonderful smile

A very delicious and surprisingly tasty experience. Me and my date were not disappointed in any way.  This restaurant brings delicious home style Italian cooking to the forefront.  You do not want to miss out on this spot and need to go here at least once. You won't regret it.
