I come here most Tuesdays and Wednesdays for their taco specials. I enjoy their cabeza meat the most. Also, they have great breakfast burritos! I highly recommend this place if you want simple Mexican food to go.
The main thing to remember is that it is not fine dining. To be honest we have come here 3-4 times since moving to the area and the breakfast burritos are great. The roasted salsa and the habanero one are both delicious. The service has been great , even when it has been one gentleman running the entire place.
Worst food everrrrr. I wasted $16.00. Their tacos are good but how do you mess up a cheese enchilada????? Never going back. Not even for tacos
It was the ONLY place with fish tacos open past 9pm. I read the reviews but still went for it! And it was terrible!! How can you mess up a fried fish taco!! The beans tasted spoiled and there was a hair in one of my tacos. I saw a B rating in the window but that must be old!
I tried to order a burrito entree and a second burrito total of $13 with a $20 bill on a Sunday. He said he couldn't give me change back because it was a Sunday and business was slow. I told him that's all the money i had so he took his food back and gave me my $20. He was extremely rude and tried to call me a bad guy for not having change. I don't understand his behavior but I will never go back to this place. I've also told friends who live by about how terrible this place is. It has definitely lost a lot of service.
Delicious food. Carne asada was so tasty. WE thought we had ordered the 99 cent tacos and were concerned at the 2:50/taco price. We were asked if we wanted the tacos with guacamole and pico de gallo. Once we got the order we saw that we wouldn't be hungry for some time. Big tacos and fine taste. We'll be back for more another day.
this place used to be fairly inexpensive and have good deals, but I've found the price has gone so the value has gone down. The food is ok, very greasy and what you would expect out of fast food truck. Good for late night bad decisions but other than walk a couple blocks south on myrtle you'll find multiple Mexican places to eat at
I paid $30 worth of food, and i fund a slice of lemon inside one of my burritos, the salsa is watered-down so much you can't taste any spiciness, guacamole was black instead of green, and the carne asada beef was hard and so chewy. I will never ever go back to this place again...plus they're prices are to high. Not worth it.
You can't beat the dollar tacos. One of my fav's is the breakfast burrito. Which before 10AM is 2 for 1. The only con I can give it is the rice is usually dry. NO MORE TWO FOR ONE burritos.
Small place. Food is hit or miss. Even the asada stuff wasn't great last time. Usually food has been solid but never spectacular. I've had some good meals here and some not so good.
