Rented a Truck from Tony Domio this morning and at the crack of dawn. This guy Mr. Patient I had mad issues but not only was kind and understanding but made sure my truck was perfectly checked over and he instructed and showed features and cleaned the windows and mirrors. Wait wait wait he checked, added oil, wind shield fluid, and then set my timer on the truck. Ok, Home Depot renter for months and this dude is on the ball. Great person through and through and because of the first time I am definitely renting here every weekend! All weekend! And I should
I wish I could give Vons a ZERO. I’m disabled with leg issues. They have 2 electronic wheelchairs for disabled customers. But one has been out of service for 3 weeks now and when I asked a manager when it’s going to be fixed and he said that they are not going to fix it and once I said something by asking about it they took the good one off the floor. Fix your electric wheelchair and bring back the other one. Make it easier for people like myself who is disabled to shop.
Nice store, produce, and organization. Used to be a bit faster on checkout but the checkers are not getting support from baggers lately. I saw a bagger in my line put 1 whiskey bottle in a bag for a customer then disappear for my full cart. I helped out and got a big thank you from the checker.
I wish I could give zero stars! There was an employee which we believe was the “manager” who knows. He was just following us around the store. Today, 04/23/2033, this employee was a white guy with glasses and wearing a stripes shirt. Of course, he would be following us because we look Mexican. We were at the salad bar and he would not stop following us. He was racially profiling us. We felt so disrespected. We went to self check out. We paid for our stuff. I can always go back and show him our receipt. We can view camera footage if he would like. This is the worst Vons ever because of that guy. Completely racist. I wouldn’t be surprised if the news came to your location for this racist experience. The lady from the salad bar was the nicest person ever. Vons should replace that “manager guy” with that lady from the salad bar. We are completely upset from our experience at this location.
There was a long line at the checkout and there was only one check out line open at about 9:50 PM. The manager was just standing at the self check out and didn't do anything. When it was my turn for check out, I asked the person why they couldn't open another line to make the check out process faster, and her response to me was a clear NO, they can't do that. Well you know what, if you say no, I won't come back here shopping again.
Yikes Geeze the elderly lady at the door @ 4pm is not happy lol. I tried to give her the code to the bathroom and she was not having it! She did not want to know it lol.
This is for the rude employee who does online pick up orders. She is lucky people can keep their cool. She is the rudest person. If I wasn't doing my own job I would have words.
There is a star bucks located inside for your sweet tooth, also have a large selection of hotwheels and fresh groceries.
Almost have everything here...
The only legit grocery store closest to Duarte. Legit meaning it has everything vs Smart n Final, Aldi, Grocery Outlet which doesn't
