Had the pleasure of tasting these gems in a bottle. Makes me want to try more hot sauces but I keep defaulting back to lost Capital. You can tell good food is made by great people.keep it up

Came across these hot sauces at the winter market. The vendor was really nice explaining the fermenting process and recommending a bottle. I don't have a good spice tolerance, but the Gold Digger Mango Habanero Ginger was great : I will definitely try another flavor and maybe a spicier one.

Get the hot sauce. All of it. Seriously the tastiest hot sauce I’ve had in... probably ever? The mustard and the honey are great too. I don’t even like ginger normally but the Gold Digger sauce is my new favorite. Be warned; the owners may ask you to settle a dispute regarding campy sci-fi movies. Pick Tremors Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Lost Capital has done it once again! Their newest sauce, Liquid Assets is absolutely fantastic! Full flavor and a ton of depth that will enhance your food. Its also not too spicy so its great for everyone! Go get some for yourselves now! My favorite is the Gold digger and Death Tax - A+++

Hands down the best sauces made in MN, and definitely rivaling many boutique brands in the spotlight now. My favorite is Pyramid Scheme, tons of lime and smokiness with plenty of heat to boot. I've got at least a dozen bottles of hot sauce in my fridge from various brands and I managed to finish Pyramid Scheme before any of them!

Lost Capital hot sauces are in fact a great investment. Their natural fermenting process yields a sauce that is as full of flavor as it is with HEAT. Their bottles of hot sauce grace our dinner table for so many of our meals. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle or two next time you see their sauce at the co-op or farmers market.

I love all things hot sauce and peppers, but it tastes so much better when it's filled with real, fresh ingredients! I purchased a spice packet, hot sauce and mustard. They were all delicious!

Spicy mustard is my favorite! So good with pretzels. All of the hot sauces I have tried have so much flavor-not just trying for heat.

Great product and for a great cause!! We have tried a few different flavors of this sauce and all have been delicious!! This time we purchased a set and the proceeds went to help a local farm in need! If you’re looking for a sauce with kick and a ton of flavor you have found it!
