Our association has 200 members from all over Boulder County and surrounding areas. We have monthly meetings ( 2nd Thursday of the month) with wonderful demonstrations on different aspects of visual arts. We are known for our shows. We begin the year with a Youth Show in collaboration with the Louisville Cultural Council and the Louisville Public Library, have a Tactile show where many of the exhibits are made to be touched, 2 National shows - Photography and Fine Art, and our member show that includes a great sale of items made by the membership. Workshops and classes are held throughout the year by professional artists. There are also opportunities to paint in a social setting on the 3rd Saturday with a model, and on Fridays with the group called Plein Janes.
