Picked up a loaded trailer from a DC that had a flat tire. Arrived on a Friday afternoon at around 3PM. Was helped by AL, who was able to get me in and out in around an hour! Outstanding! AL is my hero! AL provided awesome customer service. I highly recommend this location for your truck service! Thanks again AL!
The shower was just dirty. The person made no effort to not even hide the fact that they didn’t clean it. I think they just went in put new towels and leave. Its not peak hours so there is no reason for it to be that disgusting at 2 AM
Teach your Guys that pathogens and disease spread if you don’t clean right. The showers we pay for are absolutely disgusting . We need to make sure that never happens again. This is a professional atmosphere, let’s prove that and do what is right and clean the shower properly. I know my children under 10 years old can do a better job. If a child can do this job it shouldn’t be difficult to perform a task that benefits everyone. Over Bleaching the Toilet and Tile isn’t going solve your problem for the whole day, there is no easy way out of doing your job right. It’s not ok to leave hair and toe nails on the ground. It’s not ok to forget to clean the toilet. This is your job, learn to do it properly.
A generally ok place. You guys gotta pay attention to some of your customers tho, like that golden freightliner with florida plates, throwing trash and emptying urine bottles outta window. Disgusting.
Another great lives spot. Wendy’s is attached which always makes it even more awesome. Place was clean and prices fair.
The showers are extremely filthy. I had to stand outside the shower to take a shower. Like Telo said the attendant made no effort to conceal the fact that they didn't clean it and only placed towels in it. I also see that's permanent built up filthy. CAUTION
The stench is mostly from a nearby farm, or some kind of factory. I decided to eat a burger at WENDYS, even though I was hungry it didn't get inside of me because of the stench that wafted around.
Drivers please if you have choice DO NOT call this shop for your road side service. They are rude and unprofessional. After a tire blow up. I had to call them to replace the tire for me, when the technician done he just get in his truck and drive off without tell me nothing, yes absolutely nothing. I had to call the shop back to ask what happens if the job done, they were unable to find him, they had to call me back after a couple of minutes. When they call back all they worry about is the payment. When i give the lady my Love’s express card number she keeps asking for expiration date, they not even know this card does not work like a credit car, when i try to explain to her how it works she hang up then another guy call tried to intimidate me about calling police and stuffwhat i was waiting for they are soo novice and unprofessional I had to call the corporate office to file a complaint against them. The lady i spoke was soo nice and ask if she can call them to tell them how to collect the payment with a Loves express card while i was on the line. Smh!
Unconventional structured facility from the most of other loves but wonderful and solution oriented staff especially my appreciation goes to Doulton and Baileyexcellent customer service approachs
I love that they have a rewards app. They have good deals on gas, ample parking, and toilet seat covers in the bathroom.
