Just came out after buying about $75 worth of things. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you’re colored. I just got out of the military to be followed around by a minimum wage worker as if I need to steal anything. The only reason I still paid for anything is because my lady wanted it. The colorful haired lady walked up to us at least 6 times while we were in the store, not offering this “assistance” to any of the other shoppers, and there were many. Do you think people want to constantly be bothered by your overbearing a$$ while shopping for intimate items with their partners, meanwhile you're constantly harrassing and trying to convince them to buy the most expensive items in the store? These employees need customer service classes. Will not be back, because this is ridiculous. The lovers lane in San Antonio was great but this one needs to realize it’s 2023 and not 1960.
My husband and I went to this store yesterday and Myles helped us with our shopping. Myles is awesome !! So knowledgeable and kind, we were able to get exactly what we were hoping for and will definitely be going back soon! The store itself is super clean and stocked/organized. You can tell the staff takes great care of this spot. Highly recommend.
My friend and I had such a great experience shopping here today! Went in looking for one thing and we came out with 4 items each! The store has a lot of nice Lingerie to choose from I couldn’t decide for one. Both ladies were also very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back.
If i could give 0 stars, i WOULD! do not come here. Overpriced toys that broke instantly and the lingerie ripped in minutes! get them out of business!
1st and last time here went to buy some toys and there were two workers on shift the white young girl seemed to not be happy at her job as if I were bother also the black guy working was RUDE RUDE RUDE AND VERY PUSHY IN SELLS . Gave me a nasty attitude when I denied his sale. He literally rolled his eyes to the back of his head.

Don't buy anything from this store, bought a $140 set of toys. Wanted to use the bed restraints and they broke off while I was attaching them. Store has a no return policy because they knew they sell TERRIBLE quality items. Run far away from this store buy everything online for cheaper and better quality!!
I always check out this location for.shoes. I went in Tuesday and Deja was so amazing. She was very patient with me and helpful. She helped with out with trying on outfits and she was so sweet and patient. She literally picked out the best outfit that would compliment my body also Amy was very sweet and helpful as well. Thank you ladies so much and I appreciate your great customer service!
The sales person was much too pushy. As soon as we walked in the door she was crowding us, and even though I told her 3 times we wanted to browse on our own she continued to watch us and come over. She tried to push the most expensive items, and gave me a nasty look when I said I'd prefer to buy a specific product elsewhere. We only found relief from her when the next customers walked in, and she focused her attention on them. The other employees were friendly and laid back, but I don't plan to come back to this location.
I was in there at 4pm today, bought a few things. Izzy was cool but the black woman in there with Izzy, made my experience quite uncomfortable and awkward. I felt like I was a disturbance. She seemed quite miserable. I'd like to know HER hours of labor there so I can be sure to NEVER go back on her time.
