Low Back Solutions is dedicated to educating the public on how to decrease pain and improve quality of life in those who have orthopedic injuries.
As I (Carlos Teasdale) have become more experienced in the world of personal training and physical development I have come to the understanding that injuries are the one thing people seem to deny and ignore during training. I myself have struggled with numerous injuries that have stunted my growth and development throughout the years but have never truly dealt with. I have come to terms with the reality that injuries are a natural part of life; however, my opinion is you should not get injured while training. Your training should only help decrease your severity of injury once it has occurred. Injuries should only occur while participating in physical events that you are passionate about. Like playing basketball or chasing your 5 year old. A person should understand the risks involved with these physical events and prepare the body. This is what training is for, to prepare the body for the activities you plan on participating in. My goal is to teach the world how to prepare the body for whatever physical events they plan on participating in. Furthermore, if injury does occur I plan to develop the fastest ways to a safe recovery so that you can get back to what you love to do with your body!
