I wish the employees here were more helpful. When asking where something is located, they should actually listen so they can better help you. I'm not sure what the smell of BO is where you exit, but it's awful! This has been like this for a very long time. It almost takes your breath away when leaving.
This was by far the worst experience i've ever had with lowe's. Flooring installation was horrible. Third party installers are very good. Lowe’s could not even insure all materials were delivered resulting in numerous delays! Never again, complete incompetence.
Worse customer service I've experienced lately. No actual cashiers, only self service. Long line at self checkout. Employee at self checkout sent me to customer service to check out. Male employee at customer service refused to check me out. I loudly asked for a manager and my request was ignored. I left.
If you're looking for an appliance, Marcos is the gentleman to see! Purchased a Bosch refrigerator, and he made the process smooth-as-glass. Originally thought there was an issue with the fridge turns out hardened glue that's not easily removed can give the appearance of scratches, called Marcos, and Marcos arranged for delivery of a new one the next day! Fortunately, wasn't needed, and he took it in stride. Will be seeing him when we need any new appliance! Delivery, install, and haul-away were great, too.
Horrible customer service, called the customer service counter asking about to the warranty process for water heater since the manufacturer gave me a RA number to exchange it, they said they don’t know and that Lowe’s only has a 30 day return policy. Water 20 minutes in just holding for someone to answer.
Admittedly, I don't go to Lowe's often, but when I do, they usually have what I need. On my last trip I was looking for a stove. They had a pretty good selection. We even found one we're interested in. We're still thinking about it due to the price. Their price isn't bad. I just have to make sure we can afford it right now.
Went in because I needed a plastic piece for my toilet and john helped me going aisle to aisle to find the right part. The man deserves a raise for his excellent customer service I can definitely see my self shopibg here for my home needs
I love this Lowe's store. Their customer service is great, the store layout felt easy to find what I needed and all was very clean as well.
