Prices are great. Lines are long only 1 cashier working. Folks leaving carts and walking out. I drove over from Locust Grove for a specific item so I'll wait but it was a long wait and ALL self checkouts were closed.
I wanted to stop and give a review and tell Valerie thank you for your help. She went with me to recheck for the item I needed. Even though they didn't have what I needed I asked her would she check around to see what store has had what I needed, she promptly pulled out her cell phone checked all the stores she was able to find in her district, we found a store that had when I needed, she asked me to screenshot it from her phone so I would have the item number. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Valerie for being very kind and customer service oriented!
Horrible experience! They originally sold us two products washer & dryer that they didn’t even have in stock after already purchased the product. They called to tell us of the error and we had to return to the store. We attempted to just select the same appliances but in a different color and they proceeded to tell us that the new color black was an up charge and we would need to pay the difference. We refused since they made the error. They also wanted to refund the payment and then have us pay for the new product. We did not feel comfortable sliding our card again and declined and advised they figure out a new plan. After waiting several hours they finally refunded the initial order to a gift card and used this to purchase the new appliances in the different color. We were told the appliances would be delivered 12/12. A few days later two weeks prior to 12/12 we received a call from a delivery driver asking if we ordered a dryer that they were scheduled to deliver. We said we had a washer and dryer but that it’s not scheduled to be delivered until 12/12. The delivery person said he “doesn’t have anything to do with that” then proceeded to ask rudely if we wanted the dryer. I said no. He ended the call so we drove back to Lowe’s. We find out that the dryer was one of the original items that we purchased that was not canceled when they did the 2nd transaction. They assured us that both pieces would be delivered on 12/12. The date comes and we hear nothing but then receive an email stating that they could not deliver the products and that when they have a new shipping date they would let us know. We were furious. This whole process was such a hassle and waste of time. We made another trip back to Lowe’s this time demanding a full refund. While this also took a few hours we did receive our money back and will never shop at any Lowe’s again. Not only do they have terrible customer service, they do not value paying customers, and will inconvenience you without a second thought.
Third time this week in Lowe’s and cannot get assistance with what I originally came in here for. first time garage door opener, I ended up having to order it online. Second time storm doors, they repeatedly call someone to the area no one shows up. Third time, wood cutting after waiting 30 minutes and 2 call announcements, no one shows up.
Placed a pickup order on 12/22 originally scheduled for pickup 12/24 just in time for Christmas. I called 12/23 to confirm it would be ready and they stated the assembly team only comes on Tuesday and it won’t be ready until after then. Today is 1/2/23 and my order is still not ready. Called the store and they explained they don’t even have one in stock! Communication is absolutely zero with this location. Why would you not put my item that I purchased on 12/22/22 off the floor? No one called. No emails just endless waiting. Do not purchase online and pickup in store at this location you will never receive your items and now have to wait almost two weeks for a refund thank you for ruining my husband’s Christmas present Lowe’s!
Terrible service! Need help for isle 26 so went to customer service and young lady said tht person is at lunch. So I’m still standing there for help and she repeated they at lunch! I guess that means I just won’t get no help! I’m like oh wow! Lowes y’all need to give your employees customer training there at this location especially the young women! Just plain rude and for what because I didn’t sleep with them or wake up with them. Wish I got that young lady name too!
I am a contractor, and frequent lowers all over Georgia. Thus lowes is by far the absolute worst in terms of inventory. They don’t have even the most common of plumbing materials. A complete waste of time. I lose money coming here. End up at Home Depot every time. Avoid this lowes if you are plumbing.
Staff didn’t want to work. No one was willing to help. Asked 5 different employees for help. So I called the front desk from the the isle she said she would have someone come look and call me back. No one even came to the isle to check and she called back said there was one but damaged…. Yeah… zero effort.

Picked up an item and went to check out, price didn't match. I asked for assistance and told the young girl my issue. She abruptly stated to me, "You can go take a picture of the price and bring it back to me". Confused I repeated what she said and she said. Yes. You have to go get it. Floored I stated,So, I the customer have to go price check an item with a pic that your store has the wrong price on??? She rudely redponded: I don't work back there and I have nothing to do with that so yes YOU have to go take a picture and bring it back to me. I asked to see a Manager. She threw her hands up and once again with a rude uncaring unprofessional tone stated: My Managers right here, she's going to tell you the same thing!! Fortunately another associate came over to assist and asked where the item was located and verified the price. She went t on to say that the associate could not leave the self Check out area. I informed her that that was fine but it definitely could have been relayed better than that with professionalism and courtesy!! Done with this store. Customer service is a lost art!!
