The worst service I have experienced. We have bought a refrigerator and a washer/dryer for a new home. The refrigerator was delivered but the delivery people would not put in it is designated spot in the kitchen because they didn't want to take any responsibility for any damages. I such I had to do it myself with the movers who happened to be there as well Also they forgot the water line hook up which required a separate service call several days later. Same thing with the washer/dryer. They didn't show up on the scheduled day. When they did deliver the set, they did not have the proper hookup that was supposed to come with the dryer. As such just left it see picture. Still waiting almost a week later and now for a return service call to complete the set up. Have called and asked them to rectify the situational and received a litany of excuses. "It's a third party service", "we make can't special requests", 'there is nothing we can do", weather issues and all sorts of others. All of it nonsense. If they sell the product with a scheduled and confirmed date, then they should honor the delivery service that was "guaranteed" at time of sale. I can't speak for other Lowe's locations as this is the first and last time we have purchased appliances from them. I can say without a doubt, this location does not deserve your business. Go literally anywhere else and avoid unless you enjoy empty words and frustration. The worst of the worst.
This location used to be one of my favorite places to shop....not so any more. The entire store seemed disheveled. No carts available for customers, overflowing trash bins outside and in and rest rooms that were a real mess. We came in looking for a ceiling fan and had trouble locating the one we were interested in. There were no employees available to help us.
Store seems nice, I was only in the store for 5 minutes. No wait in line to checkout, staff was friendly. The best part about Lowes is their online website; they keep inventory updated and I can see exactly where I need to go before I walk into the store to save the hassle of trying to find what I need. Very convenient
I had an huge issue with my delivery today. Was told to contact the warehouse myself to resolve the issue myself! When I called back to speak with a manager Shawn, an AMS he said he was going to take care of it and didn’t! After spending 3 hours on the phone with the allocation team I found out all of the “promises” were false from the store. I called back to speak with another ASM and I had the HORRIBLE experience speaking with Nicole. She was genuinely disinterested in helping blamed other for the mistake and was unwilling to help. After explaining what I had to do she said “well what can I do about that? we don’t have the item in stock here!” I told her that she needed to address the training and cultural issues at her store she became extremely snarky and disrespectful to me as the customer! There are a lot of people looking for jobs, both of them clearly don’t know how replaceable they are.
Honestly I wasn't impressed. Customer service is a huge thing for me and this location can be a hit or miss. You have some employees that are happy to be there and some just seem like they bring their home issues to work everyday. Another issue I have is the organization of their products are very bad, let alone not having product. With a little more work I could give them a high 3S but as of now this place gets a high 2S
Horrible experience Took a measure fee and then countless trips to the store with incompetent people. They can keep my fee for measure with no contract after endless conversation with people who do not know how to do the contract to get the job done I give up do not shop at Bedford Heights lowes
We asked for help nobody help us service was not good. Send no one help us we left the store dissatisfied
Even with this 2-star rating because the guys in the garden center were terribly rude and knew nothing. There was one shing star, her name was Eloise. When she saw how angry I was, she asked if she could help, and she did just that in the garden center she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and very jovial. Thanks Ma'am, I appreciated that.
Sold my parents a faulty washer. When they First got the thing it stopped working. They sent my parents a repair man. Worked for a little then broke again. Long story short my parents want a new washer that works for the long haul. Not only do they want a new well working washer but they also want their money back in full. FYS
Its lowes lol.... employees are always busy stocking the store so if you dont know exactly what youre looking for then you might have a hard time idk about the garden section Edit to the reply* idk how this is a training opportunity, this review was mostly a compliment to your hard working employees, if anything, need more employees
