Description

We are a group of LMT residents who are volunteering our time to help raise funds for the building and management of the future LMT Dog Park.

The township has been approved for a grant through the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to support the building of the dog park. The committee is working to generate matching funds through fundraising, donations, and sponsorship.

Based on a preliminary budget, our fundraising target is $75,000, which will help cover costs for initial building and supplies. Once the dog park is built, operational costs are expected to be covered by membership fees.

The LMT Dog Park Committee was formed to organize fundraising for the planned dog park.

We are working closely with the township’s Board of Supervisors, as well as the Parks & Recreation Committee and Township Manager on this endeavor.

It’s a barebones dog park that requires membership and a class. I am fine with all of that but the dog park itself is underwhelming , especially the small side. The big dog side has more variety whereas the little side is just a patch of grass. It’s local though so super convenient
The grass was way too high to walk around. The only two pieces of agility equipment were both over grown with weeds or grass. The ID card to unlock the gate didn’t work so someone wrapped a plastic bag around the lock to prevent the exit door from locking just so you could get in. Very disappointing especially for those who have a membership and pay for this overgrown lot of grass.
How u get a membership?I just travel all the way down there for no reason they said it was a public park.highly upset
The number of hoops I had to jump through to join, you would think *I* was the dog. It was all worth it in the end though: great park, excellently maintained, awesome folks, friendly energetic doggos.
You have to have a membership to enter, don’t drive all the way out here to waste your time. It a beautiful dog park, but only for memebers not the public.
Great place to run your dogs. Friendly people.
A great place to meet people and their pets. All having a shared interest of loving our pups makes for a great bonding experience.
Looks like a nice place, well maintained. Need a membership to get in the park though
My first time at the LM dog park and meet some nice people and their dogs, will definitely be going back.
Great park! Go every day and you'll meet the regulars
