As the founder of Lucas Law, I practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and personal injury law throughout the entire state of South Carolina.
I opened Lucas Law, LLC after almost 4 years of practice in several other very successful law firms. My primary goal of doing so was to help people when they need it most. Whether that be with defense on a criminal charge, help as a victim to an accident, or with an issue in the Family Court. Currently, I regularly attend court appearances for persons charged with crimes in both Magistrate and General Sessions Court in all parts of South Carolina, but primarily within Horry County.
