Top notch across the board. I called Lucido Fine jewelry a couple of months ago and spoke with a sales rep named Joesph who was extremely nice, professional and very knowledgeable. We had just moved to the area and had no idea where we should look. Thanks to google we found Lucido in Sterling Heights. I then set up an appointment to stop by and speak about a couple of timepieces I was interested in. I was doing the leg work for my father as well who wanted a specific model that was hard to come by. I had no clue where to start but Joseph took care of everything. He inquired about the models, the sizes and colors etc. My dads birthday was coming up and i was tasked with attempting to get him the timepiece he wants before his birthday. Just a few weeks later and way before his birthday Joseph gave me a call telling me that this hard to find timepiece had just came in. My father and I were both shocked and very excited. Joseph made the process very fun and easy all while being very professional. Joseph and Lucido Fine Jewelry has my business from here on out!

Everyone needs a good doctor, lawyer and handyman. I never knew I needed a good jeweler until I stopped at Lucido and met Ali. He is a true salesman with a wealth of knowledge that helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring. Lucido was the 4th store we stopped at in our search for the right ring. From now on, Lucido will be the only place I shop for jewelry and now I can honestly say that I have a jeweler that I recommend. Who knew!
My best friend was looking for a new wedding ring so we stopped at Lucidos to see what they had. Her salesperson, Ali, was wonderful. He helped her find a beautiful setting and diamond with in her price range. Even arranged it to have the stone set in an hour. He was never pushy, just went with what my friend was looking for. If I lived closer, I would happily have Ali and Lucidos help me with my jewelry needs.
