This is a poor excuse for a jewelry store. They refused to help my wife and then talked about her to other customers while we were in the store. They refused to fix my engagement ring after two months of wearing it and told us we needed to buy a new one. Absolute worst jewelry store I have ever been in.

Don't pay with cash if you want your money back if you return something. They will send you a check in 3 weeks. Bet they won't let you buy something and send them a check in 3 weeks. Treat your customers how you want to be treated.
