Waited 7 weeks never delivered for my order and sent 4 emails to customer service and finally DHL indicates that the package is UNDELIVERABLE while they have not been to my house. So now no product and money lost. No cooperation from this company. Advice is not to order because this company cheats their customers.
Don't order from this online site unless you enjoy wasting a lot of time and $$. I am out approximately $150 and hours of my time after placing an order with them months ago that was never actually delivered to me. They have repeatedly refused to follow up with the shipper or the delivery driver, insisting that my parcel was delivered somewhere according to their records and that was supposed to be acceptable. Just outrageous imo. I'm only sorry that I hadn't read the many, many one star reviews about this company online before I started this whole process. Have also filed a complaint with the BBB but don't expect much from them either. What has happened to actual accountability and honesty? Save yourself a LOT of grief and buy your supplements elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy and not worth the risk.
I love this site! I was able to buy acorn spice Mrs Meyers cleaning spray when you can't buy it anywhere else since it's seasonal. Shipping is great too. Definitely recommend!!

Horrible horrible service, and my worst ecommerce experience ever. I order products and pay shipping. It arrives two weeks later to a shipping center in my country where they tell me I have to pay an additional shipping fee to collect it. I can't even pick it up in person. It's either pay this extra shipping or don't get the item at all. The customer support refuses to compensate me for this extra shipping too. Absolutely insane. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
Just received my husband’s order just now. There was a complimentary free oat bar from Bobs Red Mill with a hand out. I don’t know who is at fault here but the expiration date on the bar is 8/25/202. I was ll excited until I saw it was expired by 4 months.
This was my second order of a selection of Stevia. Broad selection and reasonable price with prompt delivery. I plan to continue doing this unless I figure out what kind of "regular schedule" I would be on for auto delivery.
