Terrible bank. Archaic online banking, zero customer support. I have been trying to fix my online banking for a year. I am going to close my accounts and go elsewhere.
Bank was “Low on funds” when I asked for change, I did not even specify how much I needed before getting turned away due to 4th of July weekend. She stated that they don’t get change in until next week. Oddest thing I heard but oh well, I’ll be taking my business to another bank.
Haven't had a problem in the I forget how many years I've been with them. The one time I had my card number compromised and a fraudulent charge, they took care of it right away!
Waited 23 minutes to open account in shelby. They could not explain hold up or acknowledge my presence.
