Welcome to West Shore Bank’s Facebook page. Our intent for this page is to share relevant information with you while creating a community atmosphere where you can share your thoughts and personal experiences with us. You are encouraged to be a part of our Facebook community by making comments related to the topic. - Personal attacks. Comments that are abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening or intended to defame or disparage anyone or any organization.
- Illegal activity. Comments that suggest or encourage illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Off topic. Comments that are not closely related to the subject of conversation.
- Confidential information. For your protection, never include confidential personal information in your posts or comments. Such information will be deleted from this page immediately upon discovery, and we will contact you via private message explaining our reason for the removal.
- Customer service inquiries or complaints. If you have specific questions or complaints about your account or our services, we cannot answer them on this page. - Tagging of individuals. In order to protect the privacy of our employees and customers, tagging of individuals is not permitted in any photo or post on this page. If tags are assigned to individuals, we will remove the tags immediately upon notification.
- Solicitations or advertisements. Promotions or solicitations of any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency are not permitted. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency.
- Any person (User) who posts inappropriate comments or content three times will be added to the Bank’s “Banned Users” list.
