Luisa is amazing! She transformed my dull, dry hair with a hydration treatment and my hair has never felt better! I am glad I found this place, I was looking for a new spot. She introduced me to her daughter who is also a hairstylist there…and her sons were there helping out which really made it feel homey..truly is a family ran business. When I was 17, I used to be a regular, I thought they were very kind and wholesome people. I’ve always been really nice to the workers, I saw these people as friends. I started getting my haircuts at other places because I couldn’t afford a 35$ haircut every 2 weeks and I told the owner that. I’d still come in once in a while for treatment because I thought they had good business and good people. There was a noticeable decline in effort and care when handling my hair, the owner was no longer kind and had a consistently weird attitude with me, sometimes during treatments I felt like she would pull hard on my hair on purpose but i didn’t want to assume that.Though one day she rudely insults my haircut that I got from another shop, I was a little offended, she kinda said more than necessary but I thought maybe she was just teasing since she used to be so friendly before. Insults from the owner became more common, I could feel micro aggression. I find it very inappropriate. I would never go back to this salon, the owner makes me feel uncomfortable to even be in her shop.Services: Perms

Luisa is an excellent hair stylist. She was able to transform my hair and build my confidence again. I had dyed my hair for over 1 year with multiple “box dyes”. I was relieved and overly grateful when i saw Luisa’s results. She was able to lift all of the awful colors and give me the perfect base. My highlights were the perfect match. Luisa used vitamins and her own leave in conditioner formula so after my formation my hair was not left feeling stripped of moisture and life. She was pleasant and held good conversation. She introduced me to her children who also work at the salon which made me feel comfortable like I had gone there for years. I feel like I have finally found my forever salon thanks to Luisa.

I’ve been to this salon twice and both experiences were absolutely amazing! The first time I had gotten a round brush stuck in my hair and so I went to this salon and they immediately sat me down and took care of me. The process took about 5 hours and throughout that time, everyone was patient, caring and made conversation so I wouldn’t have to think about what was going on. They truly make you feel like family. As for the second time going, I got a wash + blow and some layers cut and the owner took care of me- again, same experience. Very sweet and took her time. You can see on her face she’s very passionate about what she does. She also gifted me a hair mask after my purchase which I am extremely grateful for.
