"Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. I have traveled to MANY Lululemon stores throughout the country and outside the country. This store is beyond amazing. I walked in today to see if I can exchange my sports bra because of an issue. I walked into the line and was matched with Mary. She immediately told me that I needed to choose one that was right for me and she will help me find it! She even walked away from the register to help guide me. She is truly AMAZING and an asset to this store and company. Thank you for making my day Mary and thank you lululemon for the incredible team you have. Many blessings to you all especially Mary!!!
Best athletic fitness clothing for women who practice any sport.
WOW! If i could have give you a zero star I would. I have been a Lululemon customer for years, and never have I ever been treated so badly before. Went in to get a sweatshirt exchanged I ordered in store and had shipped to my daughter in college. The sweatshirt was shipped to her with a stain in the front, tags were still attached, and the item was never even worn I just wanted to get it exchanged. The educator #99994000132497 was actually straight up hostile to me the minute I walked in. I was told if I don't have the receipt I couldn't be helped. I tried to explain to her it was ordered in store so she should be able to find it on my profile, she said she couldn't do that. She said I needed to find my email confirmation, after going thru my emails I told her I couldn't find it. She rolled her eyes and said then I can't help you. I then requested to speak to her manager. Erick the manager who wasn't very friendly either came over I explained the situation to him and he also gave me and attitude. He then told her to exchange the item for me. Store Policy below CLEARLY sates otherwise I got my exchange, and then started looking for a pair of leggings. Only to realize after I picked out the 2 pairs of leggings I was been followed around, and the same associate and Erick kept looking at me the entire time. My family and I have spent thousands at this store. Always great experience with the staff at this location. Today I felt very uncomfortable, and very profiled at this store. The associate and manager was very unprofessional, and obviously needs more training on the company's store policy. Probably will never be back at this location and I will be contacting Lulu Cooperate office.
The staff is always SO nice and helpful. Their online customer service is top notch, but was not able to help me with a physical gift card not working understandable, it needed to be swiped in store. The staff got the issue fixed right away and helped me pick out a new sports bra to match leggings I’d bought previously. This is one of the few stores that I enjoy coming IN store to shop vs online.
Mary with the glasses was amazingly helpful and was even able to make Christmas shopping enjoyable for her customers!! She’s magical
Wow. The rep upfront with the nose ring was actually straight up hostile to me the minute I walked in. Felt profiled. My family and I have spent hundreds at this store. Always great experience with staff. Wont be back. Be careful about their return policy. Tags off they'll push back. So the whole "if it doesnt perform 30 days to return", cant really see if it performs. It's buried in a link on their website. for 98 dollars for a polo, used to make sense, sizing and material have changed as has their attitude, passss going forward. Under Armor is less expensive, not as good, but way more professional and flexible.
