New Balance Store

New Balance is my go to sneaker! My destination was this store that opened promptly at 11am on 8/8/22. I was greeted by a very friendly female sales person that knew her shoes. After explaining what I needed we landed at the samples of what I was looking for. Picked the perfect pair tried them on and purchased them. Sales person was great. Could not have asked for nicer service.

I go there for my kids shoes. It is an hour away but has what we are looking for every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son has very wide feet and this is the only place we can find shoes for him every time at a reasonable price.

In the past, used to be the best shoe ever for running. Many alternatives today, but still obne of the best.

my wife and I were at the new balance store on 06/18 at 01pm, while we were trying on the shoes, someone stole my wife's wallet from inside her purse, talking to the store attendants, the security cameras videos are not available , they stopped calling me , but so far nothing. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE. thieves are frequenting this store.

Searched forever for New Balance 247. No luck. Went to this store at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon. No customers. Asked young guy behind counter if they had 247. Or still made them. “Probably not. Check online.” Told him I couldn’t find them. “Sorry.” Started to walk away. Asked if something replaced them. “I don’t think so.” Walked over to shelves and saw similar shoe. “I don’t think we have what you want.” Walked away. Found similar shoe. Waited 5 minutes at counter while girl employee bought her self something. Then walked away. Never acknowledged me.

Great prices and not near as busy as Nike!!!! Mylas was a great and helpful sales associate

I want to thank Destiny for her excellent customer service. I had been having an issue regarding a pair of sneakers that wore out prematurely. I was given a voucher to put towards a new purchase and selected a pair at the factory store in Palm Beach. Initially there was a problem using the voucher at the store. Instead of telling me "it can't be done", Destiny had a positive attitude and said she would contact her manager and try to resolve the issue. She was able to complete my purchase and in doing so, maintain a loyal New Balance customer. Thanks again!

Best Sneakers Ever..Pleasant Staff..very knowledgeable...

Employees are too lazy! Since last year, I went there multiple times for 1080. They didn't have any size 9D or any other color accept orange. Still the same result after I went for the third time. ‍

Very nice smaller outlet with an extensive stock of men's, women's, and kids' shoes in many widths and sizes. Socks, shorts, and some other accessories are also available. Located on the pleasantly walkable outdoor pedestrian mall of the Palm Beach Outlets with dozens of other well-known brand stores. Today, New Balance had 40% off many of their list prices; I scored a pair of MARISLG3 course shoes for $41, with tax, and my wife got two pairs for $60. Nice!
