Great atmosphere with plenty of seating. Very clean. Customer service is a high FIVE with very kind and attentive staff. Nice menu with lots of seafood choices. My shrimp came out just a bit over fried but still had a very good flavor. That is my only complaint. Nice portions and a great Paloma to drink on the side...a bit pricey but isn't everything these days?? Worth going!! And it looks like they have a live mariachi band throughout the month. Great, overall!

I am so glad we went here! I was craving a good piña colada and they delivered!!! It was perfect. The food was amazing and we had wonderful customer service. The shrimp and rice was mind blowing. Very authentic food and a unique atmosphere! A mariachi band was performing requested songs all throughout the restaurant the entire time we were there. I worried about ordering seafood so far inland, but I was delighted with the food! The imitation crab and scallops were as you might expect.. frozen and not the best, BUT the fish and shrimp were to die for! I don't think I've ever had fish that was that good

I've been to this place numerous times and it's always been decent, but today, went for lunch with a friend and when we received the bill we noticed that the chimichangas we ordered were marked up to $10.99 while they were listed as $7.99 on the menu. Of course we questioned this at the register and the woman there told us their prices changed. To which I said they need to update their menus before they charge people more for something. She dug her heels in and repeatedly told us, with a rude attitude, that she knows the menus should change but the price went up and that is what we needed to pay. We also had a coupon for $6 off of 2 lunch specials...which they honored at the increased price of $6 more than advertised for our meals. Utterly ridiculous and probably illegal. If you are going to up your prices, your menu needs to reflect that before you charge people more than advertised. Or did we just receive special pricing today because of our coupon?? I've been here many times before but I'm not going back any time soon. Diner beware.

I had a really bad experience there today. My husband and I went there to watch the Ecuador Qatar World Cup match. When we got there, we sat at the bar where the TV volume was on. We were the only two customers in the restaurant. After a few minutes a lady with long black hair came from the kitchen and started getting on the bartender and the host because the TV volume was on. I gotta say the bartender and the host were great. So I stepped in and said that we were watching, to which she responded “This is a restaurant you listen to music here”. I just said “Okay we’ll close the tab”. I am very disappointed with the customer service, but more so with the way she was treating the bartender and the host. Needless to say my husband and I will not go back.

The BEST Mexican restaurant in Greensboro! Delicious and plentiful food, super customer service. Wish we could go there more often!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS RESTAURANT NEGATIVE I WOULD! WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. THEY LOST MY ORDER AND WOULD NOT REPLACE IT! FOOD IS DIRTY, MEDIOCRE!!! RUDE PEOPLE!!! I WILL SURELY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! DIRTY FOOD , DIRTY CONTAINERS.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, absolutely amazing food! The Pollo Loco con Camarones at least the way it's made at Luna is my new favorite Mexican dish - cannot recommend this recipe highly enough. Lunch prices are beyond reasonable and the portions are enormous. Overall fantastic experience as a whole. Will definitely be eating here again - and OFTEN! Very highly recommended!!

Best Mexican Seafood Restaurant in Greensboro, hands down! Very friendly staff, servers are excellent, they know their menu and are very helpful, food is really good seafood Mexican style, fair prices and the 'aguas frescas' fruit drinks are very good! Highly recommended!
