They make sure they sell the old hard bread before taking out the fresh bread. They always have the owners little girl playing and touching the bread with her bare hands while she also touches the floor and tongs. I rather go to Chiquita even though theirs is also gross but even their bread is better and softer than this overcharged garbage.

Service is really bad. Girls working there give you an attitude. I asked for my bread to be bagged in separate bags and she didn’t even offer me a “free” bread. When the lady in-front of me paid the same amount over $30 and she was offered a free bread. I guess I made her mad . DON’T SPEND YOU MONEY HERE!!! NOT WORTH IT!

Worst service and also food/ bread is not the same as before. Bread is very hard and dry. I ordered a sandwich and they charged me about 14$ with a free soda. When I got my order it bearly had any ingredients. Was one of the worst sandwiches I've had in a while. They really don't care anymore about quality. It's quantity over quality for sure. La chiquita has 10× better bread/ food.

The bread is hard. They mix the previous bread with the fresh. They also give terrible service there. If you order food there they want you to order everything in one order because your bothering them and they have other things to do. Go to La Chiquita they have fresh bread there everyday :

The bread is not fresh, last time we visit my wife dropped a peace of bread by mistake, and she was forced to pay for, which we did. In addition, they placed the dirty bread inside the same bag as the rest. We ended up calling the manager. My wife asked why she placed the bread inside, and her replied was that she thought we wanted.

I will never recommend this place to order your cake. unhappy with the services I got in lupita bakery in W. Chicago. The owner was really unrespectful with me infront of my daughter. she didn't have no respect. be careful if you order your cake in this place. specially if you pay with the link card people. she really discriminate people if they pay with money or link card. I will never go to this place never in my life. the was the owner b so Unrespectful.

Excellent bread and customer service. I traveled all the way from Texas to taste this delicious bread Zinapecuaro style. Loved it.

To expensive than other local bakeries in West Chicago and the lady there always charges me more than what i buy so frustrating. Horrible service.
