Ordered the 4 piece white. 2 breast, 2 wings. I was on break from work. The order taker informed me it would take between 20-25 minutes for my order, no problem. I wait 30 minutes and the only thing that was fresh and delicious was the sauce. The chicken was fried too hard which by the way I never asked for it that way. The fries were literally hard as pretzel sticks. I won't be going back there.
Asked For Mild Sauce & Got Barbecue On EVERYTHING. I Ordered From GrubHub & Talk To Someone On The Phone & The Person On The Phone Took My Name Down. I Went Up There To Get the Right Food WITH MILD SAUCE ON EVERYTHING & THEY SAYING THEY DONT EVEN HAVE BARBECUE SAUCE. They Asked Did I Wanna See The Sauce But Never Showed It. & I STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE RIGHT FOOD!
My favorite Uncle Remus. They know EXACTLY what fried hard means & are not stingy with the mild sauce. Get there early because they do sell out!Food: 5/5
Yesterday June 4th was the 1st time since I have been going to uncle remus that my wait time was 8 mins EVER!!!!!! No this location definitely has the best chicken out of them all! The fresh out the grease wings are a mix of large medium and small... its the flavor the kick this place has over all the rest.... Parking: Right next to the restaurant or on front
I order 2 -4wings fresh went and got my food the only thing was fresh was the bread first it’s sloppy prepared that’s not mild sauce taste like barbecue sauce fries was old terrible will never be backRecommended dishesWings
Dirty Dingy hole in the wall. Food tasted like it had baking soda sprinkled on it. You would think it would be fresh with the number of orders but it definitely was not.Food: 1/5
Waited 30 minutes for them to mess up my order drove an hour for nothing and my food looks like slop never again
Awful, rundown hole-in-the-wall "restaurant". Rude staff and horrendous wait times. Under no circumstances should it take 45+ minutes to prepare 2 pieces of chicken. The MANY signs on the wall even state 15-20 minutes per order no matter how big. Some of the signage also seems to have been written by an illiterate child, as well. To paraphrase: No bills larger than $20. EXPECTATIONS will be made for larger orders. Stay in school, folks; you don't want to end up being such an embarrassment.
It was hot also the cashier was very dry acting wouldn't answer any questions ⁉ I'm from out of state. Family funeral.Food: 4/5
Good is usually prepared fresh and the mild sauce is amazing. You always have to check your order because they ALWAYS miss part of your order, ALWAYS. They are pricey and the customer service definitely needs a lot of work but the customers ain't that great either. If you have a good deal of patience and a high tolerance level then I definitely recommend their food.
