Lupoli Companies

File under “I told you so”. I live in a construction zone. It’s been under construction for 5 plus years and will be for at least 5 more. So I have some experience in dealing with how these #lowell construction projects impact neighborhoods. So what we did as a tenant association was contact Lupoli Companies before they started to tear up several lots on our street so that we could explain how to prevent the pitfalls of building in a neighborhood in which people live. We were here first and have been for a decade. Let’s get along. I called them, wait for it…14 times without a call back. I emailed them 20 times without a reply. I was super nice about it. They just didn’t call back. I can only assume they don’t care about being a good neighbor. State Farm they ain’t. Had they called back I would have let them know that when you dig up dirt around here, you unearth giant rusty nails that end up in the street and embed into tires. But they didn’t call back. This nail was in my tire this morning. So it’s mac and cheese and hot dogs til pay day because the food budget went into another tire. Because they didn’t call back. Had they called back I would have told them that their foreman should set his trailer up on the far end of the lot away from two residencial buildings. Instead they put it in front of my neighbor’s window and now when she gets changed, she is eye to eye with construction dudes and she no longer has a view. The foreman and staff show up at 5 am and yuck it up out loud and wake up the dozen units that face this trailer. But they didn’t call back. Robert Frost of Lawtown famously said “good fences make good neighbors” and it is a saying oft misunderstood. In this case Lupoli has a fence but it’s not a good one as it swings open and blocks traffic. I would tell them this but they didn’t call back. Thanks fellas. Give my best to that lummox Sal Capone Lupoli. I hear he’s been an even tempered guy and has calmed way down since that time he melted down at a high school football game and used his chudly girth to intimidate referees. So that’s good. If anyone needs me I’ll be conquering Mount Lupoli as I’m the Sir Edmund Hillary of Jackson St. Wish me Godspeed.

High employee turnover rates. Beware, you will be micromanaged and used by Allison for her own agenda. Shelley sees it going on but ignores it...Advice: go work for a real property management company, not these people.

Beware if you rent space from these folks. They allow construction to go on during the day right next to where people are working. I’ve complained repeatedly and they just do not care. The noise is deafening. This has been going on for 3 weeks with no end in site.
