Luscious Dumplings 潤豐元饺子店

The Angus beef stew was delicious. The beef was super juicy. The broth was gingery and perfect. The vegan dumplings were amazing. Taste like meat was inside but I guess it was mushrooms. I would definitely come back for these two things 5/5 stars for these The scallion pancakes were tasty but they were so oily. I mean I could literally squeeze them and have a hand full of oil. I’ve never had them so im not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be, but man I’ve never seen so much oil in food in my life. It really ruined the whole experience. The rice was just regular old rice. It cost 4 dollars become it was “ fancy “ but wasn’t fancy at all. It was hard like it wasn’t cooked all the way or it was old. It definitely wasn’t washed 5X and it definitely wasn’t fluffy. These two things gets a 2/5 stars. Over all I liked this place would definitely come back but not for the rice and scallion pancakes.

Troy L was quick to help us with our order. He was super friendly! We ended up ordering the stewed pork belly and angus beef noodles, soup dumplings and pan fried dumplings. We kids included loved the food! Highly recommend! The meats in all the dishes melts in your mouth. The soups the noodles came in is so good! We are so glad we came here to eat!! Kid-friendliness: Friendly and clean. Easy to eat foods for our kids. Very much appreciated after a long day at the parks!

Came here with my family, my husband really like the dumplings. The waitress is very nice, excellent service and food. But it is so terrible to hear that the whole kitchen was bullying and yelling to her,make us feel bad for her.Food: 5/5

Amazing restaurant. The Dumplings are probably the best in Monrovia/Arcadia area which is saying a lot and the prices are amazingly good. Don't neglect the other items on the menu as the Bok Choy and Green Onion Pancakes are also winners.Food: 5/5

LOVE this hole in the wall. They were also in the Michelin list in 2021. My husband and I always get the angus beef noodle soup and tendon noodle soup then share our toppings with each other. It’s my go-to for noodle soups. We also enjoy the ear mushrooms, it’s a little spicy, a lot tangy and the texture of the mushrooms is perfect.Food: 5/5

Yet another fantastic spot in the San Gabriel Valley for authentic flavors in dumplings & Asian cuisine. Recommended by YouTubers Mikey Chen & Mark Weins, decided to come and check it out. Upon being seated the wait wasn't too long due to their busy flow and dumpling availability. They are so busy and just before lunch closing I was able to get our orders in and delivered to our table. Ordered a set of pan fried chicken dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, & xio long bao. Warning to all who have not been here before, Saturday being one of their most busiest days during peak hours of business. The wait to dine in approximately 30-40 minute wait, food order approximately 15-20 minutes. They offer phone/online ordering for pick up service. Place is clean & organized, service is professional. Will have to return to try their bowls of noodles.

The dumplings are delicious. But it’s very frustrating when you give very clear instructions for takeout and they can’t follow them. I ordered 5 sets of chopsticks and a tub of dumpling sauce and chilli oil per pack of dumplings ordered. We got 2 x 1/4 full dumpling sauces and no chilli oil for our 4 packs of dumplings. And we got 2 packs of chopsticks. Hard for 5 people to eat with not enough cutlery. They obviously didn’t even read the order notes. Annoying! They did however give us 4 free little pig buns which was a nice surprise and delicious. I’ve also been in there in person a couple of times and the customer service sucks. Rude and not friendly at all. But it’s cool to see them making all the food right behind the counter. So basically, the only thing this place has going for them is the food.

Troy was friendly and helped with suggestions. Choices for vegans and gluten free were much appreciated. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free available.

My first time going to a Dumpling place, they were delicious and super tasty .. My family and I enjoy it and we were greatly pleased. It’s located in a shopping place with a lot of parking spots. Simple and small place but Dumplings are so good .. They also have a Michelin 2021 mention

Disappointed. I have been coming to luscious dumplings for over 10 years and have had an amazing experience. I’m not sure what has happened, but they have really dropped the ball. This place was always packed, and this time we were the only table. Everything is served on plastic plates, the tea has changed, you now have to order, pay and tip before receiving any of your food. There was horrible music playing and the staff were not friendly. This would all be ok, but the quality of the dumplings is not the same. Luscious dumplings used to be my favorite dumpling spot, but looks like I’ll be looking for a new one.
