Great for my 1.5 and 3.5 year olds. They had so much fun. They played for hours. There is a huge soft play are for little ones and the massive play gym for older ones. However my 1.5 year old was able to do the big play gym also. The big slide was a hit. They require normal socks and don’t make you buy there’s unless you forget socks. We brought rubber bottom socks and those were helpful.
My son and I went to luv2play last week for their Easter event and He had a blast. I loved how they separated the Easter eggs in the toddler section and the big kid section. I also loved to how the whole staff came together to make over 100 more Easter eggs when they found out some of the kids were unable to get the Easter eggs. I always take my son to a bunch of different trampoline places and this one is our favorite even though it’s 30 minutes from us because it has such a great vibe and the staff is always super nice to us. I can’t wait to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday party at luv2play this June.
We got a membership for our two children and had the membership for two months. The kids love going here, they constantly ask to come back to play. The place has always been clean for every visit and some weeks, we would go 4-5 days. I’ve seen the staff wiping down toys and tables when it’s slow. They seem to keep busy and continue to clean up through the time we are there. We typically go at opening time but have come in the evening too. The ball pits were clean & every time we have gone, the other parents seem to do a great job at keeping an eye on their children and being attentive. We haven’t had an issues with other parents/kids in the last 8 months of coming here which is amazing. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the ball machines haven’t worked in months, they worked once we were there and then didn’t work again the next visit. The kids love these but they sadly have been out of order. They also have the cutest town house play area that the kids love but they are pretty empty and have hardly any play toys in there. But other than that, my children will always ask to come back and I will gladly take them.
We spent 90 minutes with our 2 year old twins. They have a baby and a toddler area. You have to pay separate for arcade games, starting for a game or kiddie ride at 0,50 $. There are more expensive games, too. You can earn points and get toys. The points are stored on a card and you can take the card with you and collect for a bigger price. For older kids there is an indoor Playground up to 250lb including Crawl Tubes, Slides, Tunnels, and Much More. They have a Café with a variety of favorites including pizza, burgers, fries, and more tasty treats and a relaxing area with seating for adults with TVs and nursing areas. Plus, free WiFi. The staff is friendly. You can bring your own socks. There is a free drinking fontain. You can play all day and you don't have a time limit. Very sparsely furnished were the rooms with the "Firestation" - it was just a red room without toys and only a few hooks on the wall. The "hair salon" had only 2 chairs and a mirror. And in the "hospital" there was only a doctor's couch. In the "Supermarket" there were 2 cash registers, less toy food and 2 shopping baskets.
My kids love this place. We have a membership because it gets hot in Arizona and my kids need a place to play indoors. The employees are for the most part super nice here. I've had very little issues. I did notice it gets a little hot if there's a lot of people but they seem to recently purchase a bunch of portable AC units to blow cool air and that helped a lot. I think the pregnant girl at the front who works here is super sweet and kind and always working hard, I wish I knew her name because she's always there and she's great. Overall, I really like this place, I'm glad it exists in my town.
It is a great place for the kiddos to burn off some energy whenever the weather isn't perfect. They have areas where even babies could crawl and play, too! No need to pack lunch from home because they also have a Cafe inside! From what I hear, the pizza is delicious. The only downside I found was that there were certain ball machines down and that there were no private nursing areas although they had open nursing chairs. The staff were friendly, and the playground was reasonably clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party or just as a daily visit.
Don't eat here. It's expensive and the portions are ridiculous. The picture attached are fries not even eaten yet. Would you pay for this? A big joke. Back to chick-fil-a indoor playground and great food!
It always seems clean and the staff, for the most part, are polite. Equipment seems safe and reliable. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because the imaginary play sections need to be restocked, as there is nothing much in them anymore. So of the other items need to be replaces as well. Also because of how the staff paid attention to who was in the different age zones. My daughter 7 came into the section for children 4 and under, for less than a minute to ask a question, and the staff asked her to leave. But before and after she was in there, children older than her were in there, and no staff members asked them to leave. There was also an older boy in the baby section for a long time, and he was never told to leave. It is not a huge deal, but my daughter has autism and this was/is very hard for her to understand and doesn't know why other kids got to do it, and she did not. Also, the food is pretty good, but overpriced like all places like these are.
This place used to be good. Just had a talk with the manager who was extremely unprofessional. Ball pit doesn’t work, ball area that shoots balls doesn’t work, zip line is gone, only slides to slide down. When I asked what $32 dollars is for the manager replied “you don’t have to pay we’ll refund you and you can leave.” She also mentioned we are a small business trying to stay open, I understand times are tough and parts don’t come in, but you should be accommodating to that. The most fun we had was paying for arcade games. We Will Not be coming back, until this place is fixed, waste of money.
Love this place so much. I only wish we had found it sooner. My youngest would never leave if they had a choice. I do think it's a little ridiculous that the games cost additional money to play when you're already paying $30 a month to just come in. However, the employees will occasionally use their card to let you play for free which is nice. The food there is pretty over priced, so I would recommend bringing your own snacks or eating before you go.
