We just completed a terrific tour of Ireland thanks to Gena at Lynott Tours. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful in designing a tour which exceeded our expectations! The trip went flawlessly - not a single hitch - and, thanks to Gena, we made many memories that we will have for the rest of our lives. Thanks, again, Gena!

We just got back from a fabulous trip touring Scotland. I can't say enough good things about Gena at Lynott Tours. She responded immediately to my emails and helped me to focus on what we wanted to do. She worked with me to book tours. Arranged trains, hired a rental car and booked all our lodging once we decided on our itinerary. The whole trip came off without a hitch. We will happily use Gena and Lynott for your future travel. I cannot say enough good things about Lynott Tours and GENA. She got us just what we asked for, and more, she is great to work with. It was our first overseas trip, we were going to Ireland & then driving Scotland for 10 days, and we were looking at planes, trains, a ferry, a car, and a driver for 1 day. Gena put it all together, every single thing. Very happy & will definitely use again.

Working with Gena to arrange a tour of Scotland for my parents has been an absolute delight. Gena was incredibly helpful and responsive, both via phone and email. She went the extra mile in every interaction we had with her and was very patient in dealing with all of us as we tried to coordinate different reservations, payment processes, and travel goals. While my parents have not yet taken the tour, the Lynott tour options were wonderful and we found EXACTLY what we needed for them. I am so excited for them to take the tour and know that if we need anything else, Gena will be there to help us with kindness and professionalism. I cannot recommend Gena highly enough!

Gena at Lynott Tours has been wonderful. Our tour is for October, but she has helped with all our needs and extra hotel and flights arrangements. Very responsive. All questions have been answered the same day and every thing done just right. I am very excited about the tour itself. I am sure it will meet the standard Gena has set in making our arrangements.

I had the privilege to use Lynott Tours in the fall of 2016 for a fabulous private tour of Ireland with family and friends. I can't say enough about the experience starting with the booking agent, the driver swho were absolutely charming and informative and funny, even one serenading us with Irish songs with the voice of an angel! There were wonderful B&B Owners we met along the way. I read some bad reviews on this site that just don't describe the company that I dealt with. If there was any problem or changes, I was notified and together we made new choices. You cannot hold a travel company accountable for things not in their control. They will work to make the experience fabulous or they lose business. No company is in the business to LOSE business. Lynott arranged for us one of the most unforgettable trips ever! We laughed and enjoyed the experience to the hilt, even with glitches that happened but were no ones fault! The personal attention was extraordinary. I will certainly use them again for my Scotland Tour.

I put a $500 deposit down in 2020 with Ellen and Gina the tour was canceled and she held my money for the next year and it was canceled as well here it is 2020 of September I keep trying to call her office, called and left a message every day last week and I still haven’t heard one word back from either one of them , last time I spoke to Ellen and she said I needed to speak to Gina when I spoke to Gina she told me I needed to speak to Ellen now they won’t answer their phone I feel like they are avoiding me because they do not want to give me my deposit back also I have sent them many emails without them trying to reach me back and in fact the last time I spoke to Ellen she was very very rude I can’t believe she could stay in business not returning phone calls emails or especially returning deposits I don’t recommend them

Gena was wonderful and organized Every aspect of our tour trip to Scotland was spot on! We really enjoyed our Scotland tour and highly recommend it. We will use Gena & Lynott Tours in the future.
