I absolutely loved my experience coming here. I went Friday July 9th I forgot the women's name who helped me but she was sweet and welcoming. She helped me pick out everything I was thinking of buying and and even helped me find something to use imfor my eyebrows to match my red hair. And I've been using the products all weekend and I will definitely be a returning customer!! Also the fact that they recycle old empty makeup bottles is awesome!!!

Such great customer service at this location. Everyone was so nice, but Stephanie was absolutely wonderful took her time to match me to my color and everything. I’ll be back soon ladies!

I was helped by Esperanza who honestly changed my perspective on makeup for the better! This store has great products! I'll be continuing to use MAC and I'll suggest it to all my friends.

I love all the employees that work here. They are always super nice and helpful. I go to this specific location because the customer service is amazing. This most recent time I had both of my children and my huge stroller and immediately I was asked by an employee named Ashley if I needed anything and wanted any samples. She was very nice and not bothered by my kids and even called to another store about a product for me. I know MAC employees get a lot of slack but employees like her and the the other girls who work there really make me still love going into the store.

Today was my first time buying a MAC product, experience was amazing from the minute I walked in thanks to Jen. She asked some questions to find the perfect foundation match I needed. I will definitely be back to her soon, Thank you so so much Jen.

I had a family wedding in Modesto this past weekend. I needed my make up done for both the wedding and reception, I called and made an appointment at the Vintage Faire Mac store. Wedding: My make up artist was Vee. She was amazing. Very warm and easy to talk to. I told her what I wanted, and she exceeded all my expectations! She was so detailed and creative! I usually steer clear from bright colors, she convinced me to do a green and gold cut crease on my eyes... and I’m so glad I listened! Reception: My MUA was Jessica. She was fantastic! I enjoyed talking to her and exchanging stories about life! I was very demanding with what I wanted and kept interrupting her with ideas, and she totally delivered! Both of these ladies are sooooooo talented! I got so many compliments on both my looks! Thank you Vee and Jess!! This Mac Store is one of the best I’ve been too. Every single person working was such a delight! They were all super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend visiting these beauties!

Just had the best experience in this store with Cassandra! I walked in and everyone was so helpful, listening to what I was looking for and helping me find exactly what I needed. Super helpful staff, even helped me with color matching! Definitely recommend

I spend $250 ... and the girl that helped me didn't answer my questions about the products I was looking ..I told her I needed help with make up because I don't know much about it and she only showed me a few things.. not good customer service than I went to Macy's and they were showing me every thing ...they took the time to show me colors and how to use them ...

Poor Customer Service and always out of stock on women of color foundation. If you need MAC your better off going to Bay Area.
