It is a huge mall with plenty of shopping and eatery places. There's a huge furniture store Furniture City , fun places like David and Bursters. Premium shopping like Macy's, Victoria secret. Many clothing and shoes stores. There are many toys shops and Toys r Us is coming soon.
I've been visiting Vintage Fair Mall in Modesto for over 25 years, and it's always been a great place to shop. The mall has a wide variety of stores to choose from, and there's always something new and exciting to discover. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great shopping experience. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and it's a pleasure to spend time there. Overall, Vintage Fair Mall is a top-notch shopping destination and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Modesto area. It's a place that holds a lot of special memories for me, and I hope it will continue to do so for many more years to come.
I love the Vintage Faire Mall. I probably go here multiple times a month because they have just so much. As of right now December 2022, they have Santa Pictures in the center of the mall. I love pretzel on a stick!!! They have a kids area there too where the kids can just ran around and have fun. The mall has a Dave and Busters for the teens and for any age I guess but it’s quite noisy in there but anyways I love the Vintage Faire Mall.
Well I went on the Friday after Thanksgiving so the parking lot was ruff, but that's the idiots who are driving's fault, not the mall. But that's the only thing I can gripe about - the people that go to this mall are trash. The mall itself is legit, I think. I haven't been inside since I was a teenager, I only went to the Apple store on this trip, and was in and out. 5 stars for that establishment. Wouldn't mind going to this mall again, but I'd avoid it if you can on black Friday.
Crowded as it should be for the holidays. Found what I needed and got out of there. No issues with any of the stores but they were charging for upfront parking. $7 just doesn't make sense
I was on alert the whole time I was here shopping. Evidently my feeling unsafe was legitimized because all of the armed guards had bullet proof vests. I hate that this is the closest mall to my location.
Nice,parking was over crowded....I like that they had a few items worth purchasing that the Tracy west valley Mall was out of....but a lot of the same stores.

Clean and lots of stores. Food is great. 2 floors of fashion. Everyone always polite and respectable. My grandson was looking at some fashionable stuffed animals, the one he wanted he didn't have enough money for but out of the blue a gentleman stepped up and insisted to buy it. How wonderful and blessed is that?
The Food Court area has a variety of foods for those who enjoy different styles. There is Thai, Mexican and American food. Restrooms need better cleaning. They smell like urine. A LOT!!!
