Macomb Academy is a transitional education program designed to prepare students for adult roles in the workplace and in life.
Macomb Academy is a charter school serving 18- to 26-year-old students who received special education services in high school, and who received a certificate of completion rather than a high school diploma. Our program helps to develop and enhance confidence, self-advocacy, and overall independence by focusing on daily living skills and employment skills. We strive to challenge each student and to provide students with new experiences for growth and learning.
The mission of Macomb Academy is to provide, in collaboration with community and business resources, a transitional education program to prepare students for adult roles in the workplace and life.
