Started taking my daughter here a little over a month ago. I can't believe the progress in such a short time. They even helped figure out my insurance for my daughter's speech therapy that they're not even involved in. Genuinely compassionate and caring people.
Stay away. They video record everything you say and do while in the office then turn it around on you if you don't go with their services. In our case they alleged that we were abusing our son by physically restraining him when he tantrums and notified us that they'd be calling CPS to report our alleged abuse. This allegation was leveled without so much as looking at our son or speaking with him. Odd that they would level such accusation only AFTER we called them back and told them we're seeking other treatment avenues and their services wouldn't be needed. After accusing us of abuse I dug a bit into the company's history and it turns out there's quite the feud running between UP, Wayne State, and U of M. Gee, I wonder why? On a side note, there's an odor in the place I can't quite put my finger on but it smells like wet dog in there. In my opinion skip this place and seek a higher level of professionalism.
Great place highly recommend taking your kids here if services are needed!
