I'm happy this place is still kicking. FYI, they have a decently sized toy store built in nowadays. Super fun... love their selection and size diversity.
The lady ringing me up wouldn't stop talking about nothing. Later when I got home which is 40 min later I found that she didn't put a sweatshirt that I bought in the bag. Less talking and more paying attention. Unfortunately the distance isn't worth going back for it...
Went shopping here for men’s dress clothing. Nothing in my size and no one helped me. I just shopped online on Macys and the experience was slightly better. Paid for express shipping and got the package 3 days later. Called Macys and got a refund for the express shipping.
Found 2 men's shirts that fit him perfectly. Also bought beautiful pants suit for a wedding at my last visit.
If I could give them a -10, I would don’t ever ever order same-day delivery because 9 out of 10 times you’re not gonna get that from them that’s what happened to me. I had placed an order and mentioned that I needed the order by Friday, April 21, 2023 and I placed the order on April 19, 2023 and I was told no worries you’re going to get the package on April 20, 2023 because you’re paying same-day delivery an extra $30, well that didn’t happen after the shipment came I found that out, I had to contact them again via telephone which took forever to get through to them to speak to somebody, because they make it nearly impossible. You have to stay on top of them And I did this through via a phone call. I spoke to customer service live and explained everything to them how important I needed this outfit to be in my hands by Friday, April 21, 2023 do they do that? No but what do they do they charge your credit card and they also charged you the same day delivery Charge and they did not do what they said they were going to do do not put your trust in them. Do not put your anything shop @ Bloomingdale’s instead or Nordstrom MACYS IS A DISGRACE OF A DEPARTMENT STORE
If you’re a person of color, do not spend your hard earn money here. My black friend and I were shopping for a birthday party outfit, and I don’t know if it’s because we’re minorities, but lost prevention were on us and making it obvious. They followed us everywhere making pretend they were looking at clothes. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we left.
Dropped wallet in this location. Guy supposedly ran cameras and found no indication of me dropping it and I was told cameras all rotate all over they don’t focus on one spot. This was this past Monday 06/05/2023. Today 06/08/2023 Wallet was brought to me at my addy. Guess where they found it.? Macys! So all the thieves if your reading this go to Macy’s and do ya thing. Apparently they won’t see you.
There's nothing else I can say but I just love Macy's it's all so shiny and pretty I just want everything in the store
Nice to see a retailer still holding on and managing the departments well. All was neat and tidy
Went in and needed immediate assistance. They were slightly short staffed this day, so I was kept waiting while an associate became free. Due to the busy nature of the store, an associate asked a manager, who had literally just arrived to work for the closing shift, if they could help me. Ursula please forgive me if I spelled that wrong didn’t hesitate to help an d before she got to put her things down, got right to work. Talk about service. She was able to help me fast, was pleasant to speak to and overall just a great experience. I hope Ursula is making top dollar because she deserves it. In a world where the shopping experience has taken a hit since the pandemic, it was refreshing to be helped by someone who wasn’t just extremely willing but also super happy to lend a hand. Awesome person! I hope she sees this.
