The selection of products is awesome. They had sizes to fit my daughter, which is a blessing as she is tall and skinny and they were at awesome sale prices! Friendly service was offered immediately but wasn't overbearing either.
Online order 8 days ago. Found item for 2/3 the price somewhere else and already received it from them. Macy can't tell me anything about my order. They make you pick up clothes in the home store and housewares in women's clothing? Last item offered online and shipped to store said 6 to 10 days and took 13. At least the salesperson today was nice. She's the only reason for the second star.
Not too much to say; clean for the most part, employees are nice but not always easy to find cause there is only maybe 10-15 of them. Clothes are pretty pricey but are name-brand so I suppose it would be worth it to most people.
Every time I need a new suit, one magically appears on sale here. They have a great selection of Nike and Adidas for men as well. I'm a fan. The dress shirt selection has gone down drastically, but I can deal with that.
I regularly purchase cosmetics and shoes from Macy’s. The ladies in cosmetics are always so sweet and helpful. However, the lady in the shoe department is very unpleasant and rude!! It’s one thing if someone is having a bad day, but I’ve had several encounters with her and just fed up. I’ll be purchasing my shoes elsewhere for now on.
Macy's is definitely the place to go of you want some high quality cologne or perfume. They have the best selection out of anywhere in Joplin. They're the only place you can buy the Chanel brand besides from ordering online. They also have a great selection of clothing for all ages. If I were to recommend a place for cologne or perfume, Macy's would be the place to go! Plus they have all sorts of testers and samples.
Employees were very friendly and helpful. There were several sales with great prices. Daughter appreciated the ADIDAS sales! Will return.
This is my favorite store. Nicest sales staff especially in the makeup department. The sales person was so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect makeup, creams and lotion for my problem skin.
Excellent service. My sister bought a purse and when matching wallet was unavailable, the sales associate reccomend ordering and was very helpful locating the right one.
Nice store. Have always enjoyed walking thru the store and shopping there. I am hop ing the store will stay. I will not buy online. I want to feel and touch items
