Went in for boots for my daughter. She has a large foot for a 12yr old, we're very pleasantly surprised at the selection available for her. Will be returning for more shoes. Friendly staff as well

Walked in the store today, Ended up finding somebody to help me after 15 bc wasn't greated.. Including the KID manager & all the employees was by the back wall goofing off/cutting up & ignoring a store full of customers.. Needless to say I left $245.00 dollars worth of items on the front counter bc once again waited 17 mins with 2 other customers , We was NEVER wanted on bc the.immature employees were to busy playing around in the back of the store so this awful experience ended up with their childish games costing their store about $500 + . We all walked out & took our business to another store & had absolutely no problem being greated etc..
Walked out for the second and last time today. The People at the registers act like they are doing you a incredible favor by taking your money. Both trips I had two psirs of shoes and left them at the counter
The associates don't seem to know much about shoes despite knowing the store so well. Was looking for a good running shoe but they had no idea what a general running shoe was and could only point me to what a few shoe boxes had the word "running" on them. I know not every shoe box is going to specify the difference between a walk, run, casual, "tennis", or all around shoe type. So, I'm disappointed to say I was guessing as much as they were. They were however quick to answer questions about where shoe brands and generalized shoe types were though. The prices are great and they have awesome clearance socks, shoes, and bags. Will ve returning soon!
The staff is very very nice and helpful with finding the right size and a shoe that would look nice for the customer. I would recommend to go here if you need shoes. Prices aren’t that bad either.
The selection was pretty good but was a little pricey except the sandals were marked down prob cause season change..
Had to wait a second time in line because the clerk grabbed the wrong size shoes. In their defence they were busy. Great prices for a mall store, and a decent selection.
Love their large selection of footwear for the entire family at great prices! They have about anything you could possibly want.
Checked it out a few times. Nice set up and good deals but I never find anything useful for my family
