The female cashier in the kitchen section helped me make an exchange with ease, and was very pleasant! Several others employees greeted me & helped me find what I needed quickly. Really appreciate their help and their positive attitudes. Its very difficult to work retail stores, esp. during the busy holiday time, & every employee seemed well trained & friendly. I will definitely be back.
This review is a week too late, but I want to thank the two associates working in the men’s department. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names and don’t want to butcher them. They both start with an M and one was the manager and the other a young adult. I had a discrepancy with another associate at this Macy’s. If it wasn’t for the knowledge and respect of the two others I would never come back. Customers matter! I was born and raised in this city to see that Macys is only at one mall and not park place shows that CS is not a priority anymore. I give 5 stars solely for the these two and believe they should receive some sort of Christmas bonus. Good luck! As for the other employee learn the basics which is “the customer is always right”. I’ve worked in retail many years and you won’t succeed in this industry with your attitude. Cheers.
couldn't not find employees!!! to help me racks are mostly empty, no floor displays. Spent about 15 min looking for a shirt neck button extender, fou d and employee had no idea what I was looking for, I looked around the ties, nothing, looked around the general shirt accesories, nothing,, Sad. went to Dillard's found an employee, found me what I needed and I was done in less than 5 min
I had to return some shoes and i got the best assistance with that. I had no issues with the transaction. The male who checked us out after choosing some kids clorhes was very nice.
Being considered a high end department store, I am very skeptical about that label now based on the issues with my online order and contacting customer service. This was also the very first time I ordered from Macys, first impression, failed. I received notification items were delivered which were false, had to call and they re-processed the items of which now some were unavailable. Mind you this order was placed way ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday but now my items are unavailable due to order processing errors.
Very pricey but was able to find a few things I could not find elsewhere. I find some employees friendly, kind and helpful. I find more there who are not helpful and impatient and unkind. Very unhappy with those 2 out of three. Probably will limit my visits unfortunately.
Macy's offers some good online deals from time to time. The in-store experience is usually not the best as the workers are often standing around chatting with each other instead of interacting with the customers.
A very clean and well organized store. This is a smaller Macy's store, but the customer service is very helpful, and you can always do mail orders through this store.
Nick gave great personal service, above and beyond. It was like having a personal tailor. 100% satisfied. Will definitely be back for custom fitting. Great job Nick.
Went shopping for a couple of shirts. Hardly anything in stock and what was there was way over priced. Went to Dillard's and found some great deals with lots of choices. I think Macy's is going to be out of business at this location.
