Returned some things for the wife. Was quicker than I expected and no hassle when I presented the wrong receipt. Top notch definitely recommended.
So disappointing. I love to shop at Macy's. My friend and I were in the Altoona area and decided to stop. Friend had worked at Macy's in another town. It was actually painful to walk through here. Looked like they were already out of business. Not many employees, little merchandise. Very sad.
Good deals. Bare in many parts of the store. It is definitely struggling a bit like all retail now
Nice and neat inside the store. Not much merchandise that used to be. I just shop on Macy's online. There's a lot of selections online than the store.
I feel like the store is slowly going away. Still clean and helpful staff but selection is slowly dwindling.
Pick up and returns were quick and easy to find as first time at this location. Satisfied!
Check out by the shoe department every time. Trust me! This cashier knows her stuff!! You will be glad you did! Win, win!
Macy's has a nice selection of clothing! I had a pleasant time walking around looking at all the different styles in store.

Not my type of clothing but seems real nice, alil expensive for my taste. huge area big signs amoung store so I knew which section I was in liked that, the store is layed out your goin in a circle completely around begining to end exit rite to parking , easy to get to ur car not far at all to walk either anyone wanting to shop for grandma or grandpa would be a good place to take them pricing reasonable, parking not far to walk for them. only thing might be a problem huge area to walk around in BUT VERY NICE LAYOUT.
