The only reason this store didn't get 5 stars is this store suffers from the same issues as other Sears locations. Nothing has been updated for 30 years. However the service given by the sales team was exceptional. These are dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable people who make going to this store still worth the trip.
This store is always clean and well organized. The tool department is not the same as it used to be. It takes up same amount of space with maybe half of the tools. They still have all the common tools. And I'm sure they would order anything you need
I was one the phone 3 different times with this location about exchanging a product that had just been given to my husband as a gift and I made it clear that it was not originally bought at this location. When we took the item back we were told that they could not exchange it because of the location the item was bought at This item was purchased at a Sears store with a Sears credit card.
The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The service man was kind and courteous. Thank you for scheduling the service call/request quickly. All went well.
Had a good time in a sad situation. This Sears was coming close to shutting it's doors for good. Not much inventory left in the store. Seriously people lost their jobs do to mismanagement of a hedge fund. People fail to see that when a closout sale is erupting.
Workers are the most ignorant and rude people ever. My sisters and I came to Sears to meet up with our parents because we were looking for furniture for our home. We sat on a couch that we liked and waited for our parents that were coming from another store. Workers kept staring at us, and began to yell a bunch at us. We told them that we were waiting for our parents and they asked us to leave anyway. So we left, and didnt buy the furniture because the way we were treated. We came back eventually and they acted the same way. I actually dislike the workers here so much. They all deserve to be fired. Horrible people, and a horrible service. Never shopping here AGAIN!!!!
Repair tech was very professional. He was also courteous and answered any questions we had. The washer is working great and no leaks in sight!
Very sad experience since the store is closing. God bless everyone working there and may your futures be bright. Thank you Sears for all the wonderful memories you will be missed!
I had the best experience. The service technician came in, evaluated the problem and had my dishwasher running in less than half of an hour. He was fast, efficient, and very friendly. The cost was very reasonable, also. I was extremely satisfied.
I came in tonight with no intentions of purchasing anything. But after seeing Catherine at the jewelry counter ready to help and of course the time and patience she put Into helping us tonight, I now have 3 new diamond rings!!!! Will def go back as long as she is there!!!!
