This is my favorite store In MN. Always happy to come here. Extremely kind sales people. I must mention Larisa from perfume and cosmetic department. She went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Very knowledged Lady. Very positive person. Store itself well organized. Very clean wich is important this days. Left store 100% satisfied. Macy's has been a great store for me to build my dress up wardrobe. Ralph Lauren, CK, MK, Tommy Hilfiger and other quality clothes. Weekends are when the good deals come up. The staff are very nice and helpful!
Much more than a womens clothing store as listed. Has multiple levels for all kinds of options. The staff of great. Macys has always been good at what they do. I found my running shoes for $30 cheaper than online, very happy about that. They carry quality clothing for men women and children.
My fiancée and I have been looking for the perfect suits that the groomsmen will be wearing on their wedding day. We tried online rental try ons and nothing was fitting him, even the shoes. We decided to go to Macy’s and have been working with an amazing salesman named Rich. He has taken the time to talk to us about our options, make the process as smooth as possible, and even worked on two different weekends to measure the groomsmen. His guidance and expertise is the best we have found and we have looked at many options. This was a blessing and we highly recommend Rich at the Macy’s store to find the right suit on your special day. We couldn’t be more grateful and have no concerns that everything will fit and look amazing at our wedding.
Just not what it used to be. The elevators are scary sad, and the basement feels more like a Kmart then Macy's. The rest of the store is fine, clean updated, decently staffed for this era.
Good and they also treat you like a person n not follow you all over cause of my race thank you I really don't get that!!
Hi Everyone!!! My son and I went to Southdale Mall, we had to go get our watches fitted at Macy's. The staff at Macy's watch section were polite, and knowledgeable, nice warm atmosphere
I was greeted kindly by everyone! During checkout, Raymond was super helpful and patient. When assistance was needed, Rich was also very helpful. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Both employees took pride in providing the best customer experience.
5 stars because Kathy in women's clothes at the register is phenomenal!
